While many families are still making Halloween plans, the holiday season will kick off for Hallmark fans in mid-October. Before the network’s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas launches onscreen with more than two dozen new movies and series, Hallmark will hold two star-studded kickoff parties in Nashville on October 15 and 16, 2025.
Those parties are the first chances of the holiday season for fans to see and potentially connect with their favorite Hallmark stars. Here’s where to find your favorites between October and December 2025.

Hallmark has announced that there will be just one “Jingle Stop” in 2025, with two events planned in Nashville, where one of its biggest movies of the season was partially filmed, “A Grand Ole Opry Christmas.”
On October 15, stars including Jonathan Bennett, Nikki DeLoach, and Lacey Chabert will appear at the Hallmark Holiday Takeover on Opry Plaza from 2:00 –7:00 p.m. Fans are invited to attend the event for free, which will include “festive photo opportunities.”
The next day, on October 16, more stars will attend a Countdown to Christmas launch party at Category 10 in downtown Nashville, from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. According to press materials, fans will get an “unprecedented sneak peek of this year’s holiday programming” and get to kick up their heels with some “Country Christmas line dancing” as special musical guests take the stage. Though Hallmark hasn’t announced which stars will attend, “A Grand Ole Opry Christmas” does feature over a dozen country stars, including Brad Paisley.
Hallmark Channel’s Christmas Experience Weekends in Kansas City
For the second consecutive year, Hallmark Channel will also host four star-studded weekends in Kansas City at Hallmark’s headquarters.
In June, Hallmark announced the lineup of stars scheduled to appear each weekend during the holidays, from November 28 through December 21, encouraging fans to plan ahead in order to get tickets to the weekend they want. In 2024, nearly 80,000 fans attended the inaugural Hallmark Christmas Experience at Crown Center, just outside Hallmark’s corporate headquarters, according to Kansas City’s FOX4 News.
Many of the network’s top stars will appear each weekend, participating in panels, photo opportunities, and more. Fans can also participate in holiday activities and an on-site Christmas market.
