Hallmark Fan-Favorites Crystal Lowe & Kristin Booth Share the One Product They Both Swear By After Fighting Cancer

When Hallmark stars pop up on the social feed, we’re usually expecting cozy movie updates or behind-the-scenes moments. But every now and then, something a little deeper and a lot more meaningful comes along.

That’s exactly what happened when Crystal Lowe and Kristin Booth took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The longtime co-stars shared a joint video reflecting on their individual cancer journeys; and the one product they say has made a real difference along the way.

And yep, it’s as heartfelt as it sounds.

Crystal Lowe & Kristin Booth Give A Recommendation With Real-Life Impact

In their joint post, the actresses opened up about how Bonjout Beauty’s Le Balm Unscented became a staple during their recovery processes. And the caption said it all:

“Two different cancers – one product @bonjoutbeauty Le Balm Unscented. A few years ago when we discovered this product, we had no idea then how it would become such a crucial part of both our cancer healing journeys. Thank you @bonjoutbeauty @natachabonjout for creating Le Balm, it is far more than a beauty product, it is truly healing.”

Booth introduces the moment by saying, “Hey, I’m here with someone very special who’s going to help me talk about a product that has helped both of us on our cancer journeys… Although they’re very, very different, we’re not trying to compare. Bonjour Beauty has helped both of us tremendously.

From there, Lowe shares what many going through chemotherapy experience… but don’t always talk about enough: the toll it takes on your skin. “For anybody who has been diagnosed with breast cancer or who is going through this journey that I’m, like, slowly getting out, you know, the things that I found with chemo is how dry my skin was, like, really dry. I also found about two weeks after chemo that I was starting to get cracked skin in my eye, eyelids, and everywhere else. And so it was crucial for me to find a product that was moisturizing, made my skin feel glowy and look good, but also clean.

Booth’s experience came from a different angle, but landed in a similar place. “My skin cancer journey, I’ve been using Le Balm as scar healing serum, and it’s worked tremendously. Like, the redness, the noticeability of the scar has diminished exponentially.” She adds, “Wanted to share that with you because it’s always good to find a product that works.

Let’s be real; when something genuinely helps during a difficult time, people are going to talk about it. And in this case, they’re sharing it in the most honest, no-frills way.

Of course, Lowe and Booth’s connection goes way back. Both are fan-favorites from the “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” movie series, where Lowe plays Rita Haywith and Booth stars as Shane McInerney. Their on-screen bond has always been a highlight, but seeing that friendship extend into real-life support? That hits differently.

Outside of that franchise, both have stayed busy with Hallmark.

Lowe has starred in films like “Marry Me at Christmas” (2017), “Christmas at Holly Lodge” (2017), and “Flip That Romance” (2019). She also stepped behind the camera as the director of “Shifting Gears” (2024). Up next, she’s set to appear in “All’s Fair in Love and Mahjong,” which is scheduled to premiere Saturday, May 9, 2026 on Hallmark Channel.

Booth has also built an impressive résumé, including producing the 2018 Hallmark film “A Winter’s Dream,” and appearing in projects like “The Christmas Charade” (2024), “Shifting Gears” (2024), and “Mystery Island: Winner Takes All” (2025).

At its core, this moment isn’t just about skincare… it’s about sharing something real.

It seems like Crystal Lowe and Kristin Booth wanted to open the door for a conversation that a lot of people are navigating in private. And by doing that, they’ve created space for others to feel seen, supported, and maybe even a little more hopeful.

Because sometimes, the most impactful thing you can do is simply share what helped you; and let that extend outward.
