Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe’s Next Hallmark Movie Gets a 2026 Premiere Date Despite Her Ongoing Health Battle

It seems like nothing is slowing Crystal Lowe down; and honestly, we’re rooting for her.

If you’ve been keeping up, you already know the Hallmark fan-favorite has been navigating a deeply personal battle behind the scenes. But at the same time? She’s still showing up, still creating, and still bringing new stories to the screen. Yep, you read that right.

Now, fans finally have something exciting to look forward to, because Lowe’s next Hallmark movie officially has a premiere date.

A New Movie Amid a Difficult Journey

Back in October 2025, Crystal Lowe revealed she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. While the announcement came later in the year, she shared with People that she actually discovered the lump months earlier, in February 2025.

Since then, Lowe has been open about her experience, documenting parts of her journey on her social media. From surgeries to recovery updates, she’s given fans a real, unfiltered look at what she’s been going through.

And yet, even in the middle of all that, she kept working.

According to a recent post from Hallmark Channel, Lowe is set to appear in the upcoming movie “All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong.” The film also stars Fiona Gubelmann and Paul Campbell as the leads, with appearances from Tamera Mowry-Housley and Melissa Peterman.

Let’s be real; this cast alone already has Hallmark fans paying attention.

Fans Spotted Filming Before Any Announcements

Interestingly enough, it seems like fans were already one step ahead.

Back in January 2026, some eagle-eyed viewers noticed filming activity happening in Victoria, B.C. One fan even took to Reddit to share what they saw, writing, “They were filming “All’s Fair in Love and Mahjong” in the Inner Harbour yesterday,” while responding to a question about activity near the Surfside Motel in the area.

It’s one of those moments where the fandom detective work actually pays off. And honestly, Hallmark fans are kind of unmatched when it comes to spotting these things early.

‘All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong’: When & Where to Watch

Now, the wait won’t be too long. “All’s Fair in Love & Mahjong” is set to premiere on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 8:00pm ET on Hallmark Channel. If you miss it live (or just want to rewatch; no judgment), it’ll be available to stream the next day on Hallmark+.

And really, this one feels like more than just another premiere.

It seems like Lowe continuing to work through such a challenging time adds an extra layer of meaning to the film. Not in a heavy way; but in that quietly inspiring, “keep going anyway” kind of way.

So yeah, mark your calendars. This is one Hallmark premiere that just hits a little different… in the best way possible.
