Hallmark star, Paul Campbell just hit all of us right in the holiday feels; and honestly, we’re not even mad about it. The “Three Wise Men” trilogy has already carved out a spot in a lot of people’s Christmas lineups. But Campbell’s new Instagram letter proves it meant just as much (if not more) to the people making it.
Let’s be real: when an actor pours their whole heart into a caption like this, you know you’re dealing with something special. And yep, you read that right; he calls it the “greatest creative accomplishment of my life.”
Paul Campbell’s Instagram Post
Campbell opened up about just how meaningful the “Wise Men” movies were for him. He said, “For my part, my involvement in these movies has been the greatest creative accomplishment of my life. At their core, they’re stories about the enduring resilience of family and the power of vulnerability. Of asking for help. Of embracing the beauty of imperfection and loving yourself for it, not in spite of it. Of love.”
It seems like he wasn’t just talking about the fictional Brenner brothers; he was talking about something real. He added, “Ironically, in making these movies I found a family of my own. People who love and support me unconditionally, not in spite of my imperfections, but because of them. People I will take to the end. There is no greater gift.”
Let’s be real: that’s the kind of line that makes you pause and think, “Okay, I need a second.”
He also made sure everyone knew how much effort went into creating the entire trilogy: “Getting these movies from script to screen took an impossible amount of work by a brilliant, passionate, dedicated group of people. We’re incredibly proud of this third and final instalment and can’t wait to share with the world. This one’s for Jen.”
Overall, there’s something really beautiful about seeing how much love was poured into these films… on screen and off.
GettyThe Fans Brought Even More Love
Fans wasted zero time jumping into the comments, and the replies were basically a giant group hug. One person wrote, “Reading this… brought tears to my eyes. Beautifully written Paul! Congratulations on all your successful projects! 👏🏻👏🏻”
Another added, “What an unforgettable ride. Thank you, truly, for creating three incredible movies that feel like coming home every single time. 🤍” Someone else kept the Christmas spirit going saying, “Thank you for giving us Christmas gifts that will last forever! 🎄🎁🤍🙏🏻”
And one fan summed it up in the most Hallmark-fan way possible: “These movies are my favorite Christmas tradition now!!! So thankful for you and Kimberly giving us these amazing movies! To you, Tyler and Andrew for giving us an amazing family!! ❤️💚🎄❤️💚”
It seems like the trilogy didn’t just create a holiday classic; it created a full-on community.
