Hallmark star Janel Parrish is not holding back when it comes to Sasha Farber. “Pretty Little Liars” star took to Instagram this week to shower “Dancing with the Stars” pro Farber with birthday love in a post that left fans with very little room to wonder.
The post that sent fans into a frenzy just days after the couple appeared to confirm their new romance.

“Happy Birthday to my love @sashafarber1,” the “Pretty Little Liars” star wrote.
“You bring joy and light to everyone who meets you. The world is a better place because you exist. Everyone, go give him some birthday love because he’s the absolute best.”
Three words from Farber said everything else. “Baby I’m the luckiest,” he wrote back.
The Instagram Post That Started It All
The birthday tribute was not the first post to set fans buzzing. Days earlier, Farber shared a photo of himself at home with his two dogs and a brunette woman seated at a piano, her back to the camera. He did not tag anyone.
Fans needed no caption to start connecting the dots. Parrish has been playing piano since age 6, and several followers noted the woman’s arm and back tattoos appeared to match the actress.
The speculation took off instantly.
“It’s the small things in life,” Farber wrote simply. The comments section had other ideas.
“Not that little. Is this a hard launch??” one fan wrote.
“Omg omg omg if this is a hard launch or soft I’ll take it!! You deserve so much happiness,” another added.
“If this is the start of something beautiful for you, I’m really happy… You SO deserve this!!!” a third commented.
The enthusiasm spread well beyond Farber’s usual followers. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles dropped a heart-eyes emoji.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi wrote: “Not me texting you right away.”
His “Dancing with the Stars” family showed up too.
Gleb Savchenko wrote, “So happy for you, bro,” while Julianne Hough responded with three red heart emojis.
From Dancing Partners to Something More
GettyTheir history goes back more than a decade. Parrish and Farber first met during season 19 of “Dancing with the Stars” in 2014. She competed alongside pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Farber was part of the show’s professional dance troupe. The connection clearly never faded.
A recent Instagram video showed the two performing a choreographed routine together on a quiet street at night, laughing and moving as they had never stopped. “She’s still got it @janelparrish,” Farber wrote, alongside a fire emoji. “Thanks for dancing with me as I laughed in your ear very loudly,” Parrish replied.
The apparent new romance follows Parrish’s recent separation from husband Chris Long, a chemical engineer whom she married in September 2018 in Hawaii.
On April 10, Parrish shared a statement on Instagram. “After 10 beautiful years together, including 7 years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” she wrote, as per People.
“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me.”
Neither Parrish nor Farber has confirmed the romance with a public statement. But fans are fully on board and rooting for every bit of it.
