Hallmark hunk Marcus Rosner is taking on a new role on the hit series “Sullivan’s Crossing.” The actor made his debut as Liam, Maggie’s (Morgan Kohan) husband, in the final moments of Season 3. Liam is going to cause major drama between Maggie and Cal (Chad Michael Murray) in “Sullivan’s Crossing” Season 4, so Rosner issued an honest and heartfelt message to fans before his debut on the hit series.
Marcus Rosner Doesn’t Hold Back Speaking to ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’ Fans
In an Instagram video, Rosner admitted he just wanted a word with fans who have seen the trailer for the upcoming season of “Sullivan’s Crossing” and were wondering who he is. After all, it’s clear from the trailer and teasers that Liam’s going to shake things up.
“I’ll say when I got the call to do this gig, I was a little apprehensive because I thought, okay, is that what the fans of that beloved series are going to want right now, and do I want to be the face of that?” he expressed.
However, when Rosner showed up on set to film the show, everything changed for him because of the cast and crew.
“I got to work alongside Morgan and Chad and show creator Roma Roth and the whole cast and the whole crew out there and got to see how much everybody loves making this show. loves the story and really wants to be there. I just fell in love with the whole experience,” Rosner stated.
The “Falling Like Snowflakes” star is beyond grateful to be part of “Sullivan’s Crossing.” Rosner also knows that Liam being thrown into the mix may be hard for some fans to accept, and he addressed that in his message, too.
“I hope you give it a shot. I know it’s a bit of a curve ball and I’m a big piece of that curve ball, but I think that they found a really interesting and deft way to insert this character. And I think you’ll agree if you give it a shot, but at the same time, if you’re like, no, I don’t want that then uh then that’s fair too but yeah check it out,” the actor said.
While fans in the comments expressed excitement about Rosner being part of “Sullivan’s Crossing,” many were apprehensive about his character since Maggie and Cal were finally happy at the end of Season 3.
Who is Liam on ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’?
The big question is, who is Liam? Thanks to the end of Season 3 of the hit drama, fans know he’s married to Maggie.
Season 4 will give more insight into the new character. Based on the trailer, a couple of things are crystal clear about Liam. He is still in love with Maggie, and he will clash with Call over her.
The trailer also reveals that Maggie and Liam have a rich history. Their romance wasn’t a flash in the pan or a fling. They were very serious and in love, but the relationship was also turbulent.
Fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Rosner make his “Sullivan’s Crossing” debut. Season 4 premieres in Canada on Sunday, March 22, on CTV and in the United States on Monday, April 20, on The CW.
