Tyler Hynes and BJ Britt are not only both Hallmark stars, they’re also friends and even “twins.” They made that clear in a video that the duo just shared giving fans a look at them preparing for and attending a very special event.
Who Wants to See This Tyler Hynes & BJ Britt Movie Happen?
Both Britt and Hynes took to Instagram on Monday, August 10, to share a video of themselves giving off the kind of vibes that would suit a remake of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito’s 1988 movie “Twins.”
In fact, the thumbnail for the IG video is a version of the original film’s poster with Britt and Hynes standing in place of Schwarzenegger and DeVito. They even included a tagline referring to their “The Groomsmen” co-star, saying, “Only Jonathan Bennet[t] can tell them apart.”
The video starts with Britt looking at himself in a mirror while trying on a white suit, before Hynes comes out of a changing room wearing the same outfit. Although this might put some people off, the pair decides that this is the perfect choice for them both.
They can then be seen at the Hallmark 25th birthday cruise as they appear in their matching ensembles. During the evening’s event, they hang out with Andie MacDowell, steer the vessel (or, at least, appear to do so), perform a little music and even pose like Rose and Jack in “Titanic.”
In the caption of Britt’s post, he wrote, “Who wants to see this movie?? 🗽😂🗽 #TwinsMovie #ActorLife #BJBritt #MovieParody #TylerHynes”
Hynes left a comment on the post, saying, “Never let your boy shop alone.”

Britt, in turn, popped in a reply, telling his friend, “Next time we get a bigger suit and just wear the one together 😅😂😅”

We can only assume that they’re referring to “The Groomsmen” trilogy from Hallmark, which starred Britt and Hynes along with Bennett. For those who don’t know, the trio of stories include “The Groomsmen: First Look,” “The Groomsmen: Second Chances” and “The Groomsmen: Last Dance,” which all came out in 2024.
GettyThe same year that “The Groomsmen” trilogy came out, Bennett spoke to People about the relationship between the actors, saying, “The chemistry between me, Tyler, and BJ is absolutely off the charts.”
“We cannot get through a take without laughing and we get in so much trouble on set every day because all we do is mess with each other when we’re doing each other’s coverage for filming,” he added. “We would get in trouble every single day because we were making each other laugh too hard.”
