Christina Haack’s EXPENSIVE Divorce Settlement: New Details on What She Kept & What Josh Hall Received

It’s no wonder longtime HGTV star Christina Haack couldn’t wait to put her latest divorce behind her. Nearly four months after the interior designer celebrated settling her divorce from her third husband, Josh Hall, the final agreement was filed in court on August 26, 2025.

Court documents obtained by EntertainmentNow on August 28 reveal that Haack, 42, walked away with many of the assets that mattered most to her, including her family’s home in Orange County, California, and the Nashville farmhouse where her former HGTV show “Christina in the Country” was filmed.

After hours of mediation on May 1, the settlement that both parties agreed to granted Hall, 45, his fair share of assets, too. Following almost three years of marriage to Haack, he received a total of $400,000 in cash payments, and will keep multiple vehicles and several properties.

On May 7, Haack wrote in her Instagram Stories that she was trying to be frugal by wearing a $65 dress to a red carpet event, writing, “Paying for this divorce hasn’t been cheap so I’ve been trying to cut down on my spending especially when it comes to clothes.”

Christina Haack Agreed to Write a $300,000 Check to Josh Hall After the Sale of a Home They Were Flipping

Hall, who had just begun filming “The Flip Off” with Haack when the two separated on July 8, 2024, moved full-time to Tennessee after the split, while Haack remained with her kids in California.

As news of the settlement broke, he posted on August 28, “Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined hand outs, and I’m keeping it that way.”

According to the former couple’s 44-page settlement overview reviewed by EntertainmentNow, Hall will keep the $100,000 that Haack paid him during their divorce proceedings. Haack also wrote him a check for $300,000 in May — taken from the sale of a 1920 Nashville home they purchased in early 2024 and began flipping. The home sold in April 2025 before the full remodel was finished, according to real estate records reviewed by EntertainmentNow.

In addition to the cash payout, Hall received two furnished properties in Tennessee — a house and a condo — as well as a plot of land in California. He’s also hanging onto a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Honda CRF motorcycle.

Haack, meanwhile, gets the two previously mentioned homes, additional properties and land, as well as two 2021 GMC Yukons (one in Tennessee, the other in California), a 2021 Polaris Razor, and four quads that were gifted to her kids, per court documents. It’s unclear why, but Haack also must return a 2022 Bentley to the dealership where it was purchased.

Although Hall originally requested spousal support when the two split, he has since waived the right to it. Haack also waived her right to any support from Hall moving forward.

Christina Haack & Josh Hall Have Both Found Love Since Their Split

When Haack signed the divorce settlement in May, she posted a thank you note to her attorney, celeb divorce lawyer Laura Wasserman, that said, “I LOVED WATCHING YOU IN ACTION AND HOW YOU HANDLE EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WITH CLASS AND GRACE…I APPRECIATE YOU ALL BEYOND WORDS. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH UNDER YOUR GUIDANCE AND I’M GRATEFUL TO HAVE THIS BEHIND ME. I CAN’T WAIT TO MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE AND FOCUS ON WHAT’S AHEAD AND ALL MY BLESSINGS. 🙏❤️”

Haack and Hall have both moved on with new relationships since their split. On January 10, Us Weekly reported that Hall was dating Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys. The two are still together, seen most recently in an Instagram photo he posted on August 12.

Haack, meanwhile, stepped out with Orange County business executive Chris Larocca in January after weeks of rumors about them dating. As news of her divorce settlement broke on August 28, Haack was busy posting photos in her Instagram Stories from a trip to Chicago with Larocca.

The couple has even become tight with Tarek and Heather, with whom Haack will co-star in a just-announced second season of “The Flip Off,” coming to HGTV in 2026.
