Egypt Sherrod is getting stronger every day. The former HGTV “Married to Real Estate” star shared a photo from her workout and fans were quite impressed with her goal to transform herself.
Egypt Sherrod Shares Her Impressive Gym Workout Pic: ‘Watch Me Rise’
On March 21, Sherrod took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie photo of herself at the gym, flexing her bicep.
“Transformation in progress 💪🏽🏋️♂️,” she wrote in the caption.
Sherrod added, “Evolving into the version of me I always dreamed about. Watch me rise 🐦🔥🐦🔥🐦🔥.”
Fans flooded the comments section, praising Sherrod for putting in the hard work.
“I mean the body was already bodying … are we ready for a leveled up version?!” one fan asked.
She responded, “Yes a toned, healthy, optimized version.”

Sherrod responded, “Yep! As I approach 50, I’m rolling it back to my 25 body.”‘

Sherrod Shares Her Mid-Life Crisis Plan
On March 9, Sherrod took to Instagram to share her plans for her first tattoo.
“The best math you can learn is how to calculate the future cost of current decisions,” she noted in the caption, adding, “so anyway, about this tattoo artist.”
In the video, Sherrod explained, “Hey guys, I don’t know what it is — if I’m about to go through a mid-life crisis or what — but I want a tattoo. I don’t have any tattoos on my body and I want a tattoo.”
The “Married to Real Estate” star continued, “I want one of a phoenix rising and I want it to go around my waist and up my back. I’m ready to do this.”
Sherrod also asked fans for their recommendations. “So, who is the best tattoo artist? I don’t care, I’ll go anywhere,” she noted. “Who is the best tattoo artist in the nation? Tag them please.”
She added, “I’m serious. I’m going to take you on this journey with me when I get it done too.”
Sherrod noted that she has her mind set on this decision. “Don’t talk about me, because I think it is a mid-life crisis, but I’m going to do it,” she added.
