The new year has already authored a few life-changing events for former HGTV star Sabrina Soto.ย
On January 27, Soto posted on Instagram that she had become engaged. Although she did not identify her fiancรฉ, several of the commenters referred to him as Nate, while Soto simply called him, โthe most unexpected surprise of my life.โ
Then on February 25, Soto revealed that her โpassion projectโ had become a reality. In a post also shared by The Design Network, Soto announced that โThe Sabrina Soto Showโ will premiere March 17 on The Design Network. In a video included with the post, Soto said she hopes the show โ which will also be available on Samsung TV+, Hulu, DirecTV, Fubo, Amazon, Sling, Dish, XUMO and more โ will provide people with the tools to make improvements in all aspects of their lives.

But my real passion is redesigning life, embracing the little shifts that really create the life that you love,โ Soto said. โJoin me with a lineup of incredible experts, as we inspire you to redesign your life, one small change at a time.โย

In the caption written with the post, Soto gave a hint into how much she has put into this project, and how much she will continue to give it moving forward.ย

Sotoโs announcement spurred a bevy of positive responses, including a few of from members of the TV designing family. Jasmine Roth of HGTVโs โHelp! A release on Sotoโs own website stated that every episode of her show will be โpacked with engaging conversations, hands-on demos, and incredible guest appearances.โ Soto said that โrenowned expertsโ such as Lewis Howes, Dr. Youn, Danny Morel, Jason Momoa, Michael Beckwith and Iliza Shlesinger will stop by to discuss a variety of topics including personal growth, relationships, health and beauty.

Soto has been involved with a multitude of TV projects over the years. She served as either the host or a designer on several HGTV shows, including โThe High Low Project,โ โDesign Star,โ โReal Estate Intervention,โ and โGet It Sold.โ Additionally, Soto hosted a few of the HGTV’s first โWhite House Christmasโ specials beginning in 2007, and she also was a cast member of TLCโs โTrading Spaces.โ Most recently, Soto served as a judge on ABCโs โThe Great Christmas Light Fight!โ and hosted CBSโs โSecret Celebrity Renovation.โ
