Jasmine Roth opened up to fans about how she’s “building happiness” in her everyday life, and sometimes that includes bringing daughters Hazel and Darla to work with her.
Jasmine Roth Brings Daughters to Work
Roth took to Instagram on Sunday, February 1, to share “a few things” that have worked to “build happiness” in her life in the new year.
“It’s not always ideal but often times I need to bring my girls to work with me,” Roth revealed. “I make sure they know how important it is that they act kind and considerate to mom’s ‘work friends.'”
She continued, “I’ve even have talked to Hazel about when it’s important to act ‘professional.’ I think these are great life lessons to learn at any age.”

In addition to bringing her daughters to work, Roth claimed that “leaning in to really early bedtimes” with her daughters, encouraging eldest daughter, Hazel, to “try new sports and hobbies,” and spending time visiting parks around their hometown of Park City, Utah, have worked for her.
“Everyone asks if we ‘like living in Utah?’ and I always do my best to answer honestly,” she added in Sunday’s post. “I believe so much of our happiness is internal, and it’s not totally fair to say it stems from where we’re living.”
She added, “I will say I’m trying my best to build my happy here in Utah and it’s working! Not sure it’s because of our location…but short answer, YES! We love it here.”
One way the “HELP! I Wrecked My House” star is making sure to spend extra time at home: Taking “the first flight out or the first flight in” for work trips.
“Spending the least amount of time away from home has been important for me in this season,” she wrote. “It’s also helped me be really efficient on my trips and make sure that I have a really dynamic schedule set up to make the most of my time. This is definitely the productivity hack I didn’t know I needed.”
