Ellie Goulding is marking a beautiful new milestone in her life. The “Love Me Like You Do” singer, 38, recently welcomed a baby girl with her boyfriend, actor Beau Minniear, 28. As per a report in The Sun, their daughter arrived at the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London, a maternity unit known for its royal connections.

As per Metro UK, a friend close to the couple said, “Ellie and Beau are absolutely besotted with their little girl. Both mum and baby are happy and healthy. This is the start of a really exciting chapter for them and Ellie and Beau are both in a wonderful baby bubble.”
The arrival marks Goulding’s second child. She also shares a son, Arthur, 4, with her former husband, art dealer Caspar Jopling.

According to The Daily Mail, the mega pop star wrote: “On Friday, I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. We are totally obsessed with her. It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness. I will always be in awe of midwives. This addition to my family fills me with so much joy, especially as Arthur is so happy to become a big brother to this little angel.”
Ellie has often spoken about how much she values family life. The singer frequently shares moments with her son Arthur on social media and has described motherhood as a deeply meaningful part of her life.

Ellie Goulding and Beau Minniear began dating last summer after mutual friends introduced them. Minniear previously appeared in the action film “The Beekeeper” alongside Jason Statham.
Ellie later revealed she was expecting her second child while attending the British Fashion Awards in December, surprising many fans with the announcement. Earlier this year, the singer spoke candidly about navigating pregnancy while staying active in her creative work.
She said she felt grateful for the support system around her. Talking to Nylon, she said, “I have an amazing boyfriend. I do have it a little easier because I have amazing support. I’m still working every day and still writing every day.”
In the same interview, Ellie also shared that pregnancy had not changed her sense of self. “It’s just that I am growing a human inside me. I’m perhaps not the most, like, Mother Earth about it, if you know what I mean?”
She added that she feels fortunate to experience motherhood while remaining healthy.

Before her relationship with Minniear, Ellie was married to art dealer Caspar Jopling for five years. The couple finalized their divorce in January 2025 and continues to co-parent their son Arthur.

As Ellie Goulding settles into life with her newborn, the singer is also preparing for a busy year in music.
She is set to headline Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland on May 23.
The performance will mark her first live show since welcoming her daughter. Later this year, Goulding plans to release her sixth studio album, the follow-up to her 2023 No. 1 record “Higher Than Heaven.” She offered fans an early preview of the project when she dropped the first single, “Destiny,” in November.
Ellie previously said some of the new music reflects the emotions she experienced at the end of her marriage. Talking to Nylon, she explained that some songs helped her acknowledge that chapter of her life and process those feelings. “There are some songs that are necessary for me to acknowledge that time in my life and to be respectful of it.”
At the same time, she admitted that a few songs were written in the heat of the moment.
“Then there were some songs that were extremely reactionary and sad that I felt were good to do in the moment, but don’t serve me long-term.”
Ellie added that creating the new album now feels freeing.
“It feels new. It feels different, this feeling of finally going to a place and releasing something and I don’t feel any pressure.”
She also said she has strong support from the people around her.
“My label, my friends – everyone’s behind it. And even my ex-husband loves the songs.”
For now, Goulding appears to be enjoying the quiet joy of motherhood again as she begins this new chapter with her growing family.
