“Of course I would,” he said when asked if he would have returned.

He added, “We had a good time.”

‘Practical Magic 2’ Trailer Reveals Return of Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman

Warner Bros. released the first teaser trailer for “Practical Magic 2,” bringing fans back into the world of the Owens family. The sequel continues the story of sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, nearly three decades after the original film.

In the preview, Bullock narrates, “I’m sure you’ve heard of the Owens family. The ones from Massachusetts. The ones their neighbors whisper are witches.”

The sequel will focus on three generations of Owens women as they confront family secrets tied to the curse that has affected their relationships. The story introduces new characters, including one played by Lee Pace.

At one point in the trailer, the characters address the ongoing impact of the curse, saying, “Everyone we love dies. A really horrible death. It’s not great for the Tinder bio.”

Bullock has recently stepped back into the public eye while promoting the sequel. She made her Instagram debut ahead of the film’s release, receiving support from fellow actors.

Reese Witherspoon commented, “IG just got a lot better 😘,” while Jennifer Aniston added, “She’s here! ❤️😘.”

Bullock also returned to the red carpet for the first time in four years at CinemaCon 2026, where she appeared alongside Kidman to promote the film.

“Practical Magic 2” hits theaters on September 11, 2026.
