Just two days after news first broke of the crash, new details have shed light on the severity of the incident.

Dispatch audio obtained by TMZ captured the urgent response as first responders arrived at the scene in Bedford, New Hampshire.

“Motor vehicle that struck the toll is on fire … update, one caller reporting one male out of the vehicle was incoherent and got in the back of a truck,” a responder said in the call.

Another update revealed that a bystander who rushed in to help suffered an injury during the rescue.

A “bystander who got involved cut his hand” and was receiving “medical treatment” at the scene, responders added.

Amid the devastating ordeal, his humor remains intact, reflecting both his resilience and his courageous path toward recovery.
