Jennifer Garner and her longtime boyfriend, John Miller, stepped out for a hike in Los Angeles amid recent engagement rumors.
On Sunday, the couple took their dogs for a stroll through the Brentwood neighborhood. Photos shared by the Daily Mail showed Garner and Miller looking relaxed as they enjoyed their rare public outing together.
For their day out, Garner kept things casual in a gray T-shirt paired with black leggings and hiking boots. She completed her look with a blue baseball cap and sunglasses. Meanwhile, Miller coordinated with the actress in a gray shirt and jeans.

Garner and Miller’s latest sighting comes days after the “Elektra” actress sparked engagement rumors with an Instagram post.
On Thursday, the actress shared a photo of herself on Instagram celebrating the season 2 renewal of Peacock’s “The Five-Star Weekend.”
In the picture, an excited Garner has her hands pressed over her mouth, with a diamond ring clearly visible on her finger. Many were quick to assume that the sparkler was an engagement ring. However, it is worth noting that Garner and Miller have yet to confirm the engagement rumors.
This isn’t the first time Garner and Miller sparked engagement rumors. In 2024, the “Daredevil” actress was spotted driving around LA with a new ring on her finger. Neither she nor Miller ever commented on it.

Garner and Miller have been in an on-again, off-again relationship since 2018. The couple has largely kept their romance private, rarely making public appearances together.
The two first connected in 2018, shortly before Garner finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck, with whom she shares three kids, Violet, Fin, and Samuel.
“They are casually dating, but it’s not serious,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “He hasn’t met her kids.”
In March 2021, Garner seemingly confirmed that she’s single again. “I’m okay when I’m in the house by myself. I’m okay when it’s just the kids and me,” she told the outlet. “I’m okay when they fall apart. I mean, I have my moments, but pretty much, I’m really okay.”
She continued, “I definitely don’t think that I’ll be single forever. But this is not the time. I don’t need to complicate it; I’m good.”
By August of that year, Garner and Miller were photographed together for the first time since their split. Since then, they have been spotted together on rare occasions over the years.
Last year, PEOPLE reported that Garner and Miller’s relationship is more “connected” than ever and that the businessman has fully embraced the actress’s family life.
“John has also embraced Jen’s family life,” the source told the outlet. “He’s been patient, supportive, and deeply respectful of her dynamic with Ben and the kids.”
Garner was previously married to actor Scott Foley from 2000 to 2004 and to Affleck from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018.
As for Miller, he filed for divorce from violinist Caroline Campbell in 2011. The former couple shares two children.
