Josh Gad is asking the public to pray for his mother as she is dealing with a “serious medical emergency.”
In an Instagram post shared on March 11, the actor revealed that he arrived in Paris to see the New World of Frozen, but had to leave immediately.
“So truly heartbroken that I arrived today to take a tour and celebrate the new New World of Frozen at @disneylandparis this week and instead have to leave tomorrow morning (before I even have a chance to see any of it) to be with my mother who is unfortunately dealing with a serious medical emergency,” he wrote. “Thank you to the entire staff of my beautiful hotel, and all of the people who organized this incredible event that will sadly have to wait for another day. What I can tell you all is that from what I have seen of this magical new land, Paris is about to have one of the most incredible and immersive experiences in any Disney park around the world.”

What To Expect At The World Of Frozen At Disneyland Paris
Arendelle will truly be brought to life at Disneyland Paris, as fans will get to see everything from the beautiful village to Elsa’s Ice Palace. And with that, there will be so much for visitors to do.
According to Disney Parks Blog, the Frozen Ever After ride will be a “boat adventure beneath the village Clock Tower.” There will also be a Celebration in Arendelle, a show that will happen several times a day. Next up is Royal Encounters, which will be inside Arendelle Caster and fans can meet Anna and Elsa. Other famous characters from the beloved movie will also make appearances throughout the village.
The attraction will open on March 29, 2026.
