High-Powered Attorney Seen Visiting the Home of Beloved Rob Reiner

Powerhouse criminal defense attorney Alan Jackson, who has previously represented high-profile individuals such as Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey, was seen visiting the home of Rob and Michele Reiner on Tuesday, December 16, TMZ reported.

In a video posted on X by News Nation correspondent Brian Entin, the attorney and members of his team are seen approaching the Brentwood home, surrounded by a flurry of reporters.

The outlet reported that Jackson, who was retained by the couple’s 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, very close to the time he was charged with their murders, was there to get “a close look at the crime scene” where the Reiners were found deceased by their 28-year-old daughter and Nick’s sister, Romy Reiner.

TMZ also reported Jackson had just left court, where they say Nick was did not appear because he had not been medically cleared to do so.

The Hollywood Reporter published a story on December 16 that revealed Nick’s name was not on the party invitation Conan O’Brien extended to the Reiners, but the director and his wife asked permission to bring him along.

According to the outlet, Nick had been living in their guesthouse under “watchful supervision,” and they hesitated to leave him there alone, and the Reiners apologized to O’Brien and exited the event after a yelling match between Nick and his father occurred.


Jake Reiner’s Baseball Podcast Releases a Statement

The Reiners’ 34-year-old son Jake Reiner is their eldest and has followed his family roots into the entertainment industry, producing and writing on projects such as “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Things Like This.”

Jake Reiner also co-hosts an L.A. Dodgers-themed podcast called “The Incline,” which released a statement on the sudden passing of Rob and Michele Reiner. They wrote on their Instagram page:

“We are deeply saddened for the loss of Rob and Michele Reiner. Words can’t describe what the Reiner family is going through right now. Please respect their privacy at this time. We are grateful for their support of the show over the years.”

Several fans replied to the statement with their condolences. One wrote, “I am feeling so much hurt and sadness for Jake and his sister right now. Sending love and huge condolences to them.”

Another fan, who is a fellow podcast host with the “Bleed Los” podcast, chimed in, “Can’t begin to express how saddened everyone is by this news. Kevin, our team here offer our deepest condolences to Jake at this unimaginable time. As his close friend, you will be a source of love and strength for him. Prayers up for your strength too.”
