Olivia Culpo is embracing the physical changes that have accompanied her second pregnancy.
The model shared a mirror selfie on Instagram Stories on August 23 while reflecting on what her body has accomplished over the past two years.
“Growing bigger by the day and more proud of my body than ever,” Olivia wrote. “I’m in awe of its ability to carry and grow these little humans so close together! So incredibly grateful.”
In the photo, Olivia wore a brown two-piece ensemble featuring a plunging neckline. She smiled softly at the camera while placing one hand on her growing baby bump.
Olivia Culpo Is Expecting Her Second Baby
Olivia and her husband, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, welcomed their first baby, daughter Colette, in 2025.
The couple announced in May that they were preparing to expand their family again. Olivia and Christian married in June 2024 during a lavish ceremony in her home state of Rhode Island.
Olivia revealed the news with an Instagram post featuring a sonogram photo. One image showed the former Miss Universe kissing Christian while holding Colette on her lap.
“Best birthday gift,” she captioned the announcement. “Baby #2 coming soon.”
Although Olivia has not publicly confirmed the baby’s sex, she previously speculated that she could be expecting a boy who might resemble her brother, Gus Culpo.
She also admitted that her second pregnancy has felt both familiar and noticeably different from her first.
Her Second Pregnancy Comes During Football Season
The timing of Olivia’s delivery will create a different experience for the couple because Christian is preparing for the NFL season.
In a July update, Olivia admitted that she had become increasingly emotional as Christian prepared to leave for training.
“Everything feels overwhelming,” she said while discussing the changes ahead.
Olivia also revealed that she plans to deliver her second baby through a scheduled C-section. She chose a date during a slightly lighter period in Christian’s football schedule so he can attend the birth.
According to Olivia, Christian will likely need to return to the team shortly afterward. That means she expects to spend more of her recovery period without her husband than she did following her first delivery.
She added that she is thankful to have a supportive village around her during the transition.

Olivia has previously opened up about how becoming a mother changed more than her daily schedule. It also transformed the way she approaches fashion.
She told Us Weekly in December 2025 that motherhood encouraged her to simplify her wardrobe and create reliable outfit formulas.
Instead of sorting through piles of clothing, Olivia began reaching for familiar pieces, making getting dressed quicker and easier.
“You want to spend time with your baby,” she explained.
