Rob Schneider’s Wife Patricia Files For Divorce After 15 Years Together

Rob Schneider’s wife, Patricia, has filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage, TMZ reports, adding that Patricia went to an Arizona court on Dec. 8 to file. The Daily Mail detailed that after the complaint was filed, the two were ordered to attend parenting classes. The Sun further adds that Schneider “accepted service for the divorce petition” on Dec. 12, with an order being filed “designating the consent decree to be filed as confidential,” on Jan. 21.

“A consent decree in divorce is the divorce agreement, which settles all terms of the case, including property division, child custody, and spousal maintenance,” The Sun writes. “It transforms a private settlement into a final court order, bypassing a contested trial.”

According to TMZ, Patricia “says the marriage is irretrievably broken with no possibility of reconciliation,” with the couple currently “in the process of negotiating legal decision making, parenting time, and child support and intent to enter into a written agreement.”

The couple shares two daughters together: a 13-year-old Miranda Scarlett and a 10-year-old Madeline Robbie.
