When we first met Kim Zolciak, it was during Season 1 of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” At the time, she was a single mom to two daughters, and now, she has six children and is in the process of divorcing Kroy Biermann.
Andy Cohen has had a front-row seat for all the changes Kim Zolciak has made over the years. He made an observation about Kim’s overall glow-up during a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live.”
Andy Owns One of Kim’s Infamous Wigs
John W. Ferguson/Getty ImagesKim recently stopped by the Clubhouse to dish on everything that is happening in her life right now, and Andy couldn’t help but comment on how she has changed since they first met. “I was telling Kim, since I saw her the first time — I mean, I met you at the Season 1 Atlanta reunion. And you look younger now than you did then,” Andy said.
That first reunion took place in 2008! Kim said that one of the most significant changes in her appearance is that she has ditched the heavy wigs. They were such a big part of Kim’s style for years that Andy actually keeps a blonde wig on a stand in the Clubhouse.
She was shocked when Andy pointed it out to her. “By the way, Kim, you know that we bought your wig when you were selling your things. It’s an honor to have it. It’s a beautiful wig, really heavy,” he shared.
Kim Is Thriving Despite Going Through a Divorce
Dario Cantatore/Getty ImagesThe reality star has been locked in a divorce battle with Kroy Biermann since 2023, but she has also moved on with her life. The two are now trying to navigate a healthy co-parenting relationship, and in February 2025, Kim finally moved into her own home, which she loves.
During her appearance on WWHL, Kim revealed that she has been dating someone new. “He’s just great. You know, I just sat in that house and just worked and tried to take care of everything for 20 months, and I finally met someone great.”
While Kim isn’t currently appearing on RHOA or any other Bravo series, it’s likely only a matter of time before she returns in some capacity. What would you like to see Kim do next? Should she return to “Real Housewives of Atlanta”? Or would you rather see Bravo give her another series of her own?
