Bozoma Saint John posted a lengthy message to Andy Cohen after he had questions about her past as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at multiple major corporations.
During the second part of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 15 reunion, which aired April 20, the Bravo host appeared incredulous when talking about a CMO’s role. Before being cast on the Bravo reality show, Saint John was best known for her sweeping career in corporate America with CMO titles at Pepsi, Uber, Netflix, Apple, and more.
Given all of Saint John’s career moves, Cohen had an extremely confused look on his face as he questioned whether a CMO role is typically a short-term job. “It’s not meant to be for a long period of time?” he asked the RHOBH star during the reunion sit-down.
Saint John explained that when problems arise, a CMO is the first to feel the pressure and move on. “What happens is that a lot of times the blame of any company’s failure or its, you know, issues with the stock, falls on a CMO,” she explained.

Saint John clearly had more to get off her chest after the reunion taping, which took place in mid-March. In a video posted to Instagram on May 1, she called Cohen on the carpet to school him on CMOs in general and also on her specific roles.
“Andy Cohen, come here. I’m calling you to the front of the class,” Saint John said. “Okay, did you really make this face when we were at the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ reunion and were talking about this?” she asked, before a clip of Cohen questioning her played.
“Now I know you couldn’t mean to have a skeptical look, right?” she continued. “Because there have been plenty of white papers and think pieces that have been written about the tenure of the CMO and the high-pressure job that it is.”
Of her career, Saint John clarified, “Do you really think that billion-dollar businesses would keep hiring a CMO who has a failing track record? No. And do you think I’d be placed in not one but two Hall of Fames if I didn’t do anything? No.”
Directly to Cohen, Saint John concluded with, “I’m going to believe that you were simply unaware, but now you’re aware.”
Andy Cohen Responded to Bozoma Saint John’s Video
BravoCohen received Saint John’s message loud and clear, and he admitted he was in the dark about the topic. Cohen responded to the post on Threads, assuring the RHOBH star, “I WAS UNAWARE. I AM NOW! “
He also posted to Instagram. “Consider me AWARE!” Cohen wrote.
Saint John appeared to accept Cohen’s response. She shared a laughing emoji and a kiss emoji to assure her Bravo boss that all was good between them.
The businesswoman also shared a message of support to anyone who struggles at work. “Sending much love to EVERYONE who is doing their best in their job/career, regardless of the circumstances !!! Keep your head up!! I see you, boo!” Saint John captioned her video.
