Tamra Judge has heard the rumors about a major cast shakeup on “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” And with speculation spreading about who could be returning for Season 21, she’s making it clear that fans shouldn’t believe everything they read.

The longtime Bravo star addressed reports that RHOC could undergo a dramatic reboot, potentially leaving only three current cast members with full-time roles. The speculation gained additional attention after Andy Cohen offered a brief, somewhat mysterious response when asked about the show’s future.

But according to Judge, the rumors have gotten well ahead of any actual casting decisions.

Tamra Judge Responds to RHOC Season 21 Casting Rumors

Speculation about the next season intensified after reports suggested that Judge, Heather Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter would be the only full-time Housewives returning for Season 21.

The same rumors claimed that Shannon Beador could return in a reduced friend-of role, while other cast members would be dropped entirely.

Judge addressed the speculation on the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast, which she co-hosts with Teddi Mellencamp, and said she hasn’t heard anything to support those reports.

“We’ve never heard any of that,” Judge said. “Nobody knows what the future is … but that’s not different than any other season. After every season, we have some downtime. And then after the first year, it will happen. Do I think that we need changes? Absolutely.”

Her comments draw an important distinction between the possibility of casting changes and claims that Bravo has already decided which Housewives will stay.

Judge isn’t necessarily arguing that the current lineup should remain untouched. In fact, she openly acknowledged that she believes the show could benefit from some changes. What she’s disputing is the suggestion that those decisions have already been made.

She also questioned why anyone associated with Bravo would be circulating specific casting information before the women themselves had been informed.

What Did Andy Cohen Say About the Future of RHOC?

Part of the confusion stems from Cohen’s recent response to a fan who asked about the possibility of a major RHOC overhaul.

Cohen suggested that the show could use a “refresh.” However, when asked whether Orange County might experience a cast shakeup similar to what happened with “The Real Housewives of New York City,” he replied, “we’ll see.”

For some fans, that was enough to fuel speculation that a reboot was already in motion.

Judge, however, doesn’t believe Cohen’s response should be interpreted as confirmation.

“Because of the way that [Andy] answered … people are like, ‘Oh that means it’s happening. That means it’s happening.’ It [really] just means we’re not talking about it. That’s what it means,” she explained.

Her point is straightforward: Cohen didn’t announce a reboot, confirm any departures or reveal who would return.

And while RHOC may look different next season, there has been no official announcement from Bravo outlining the Season 21 cast.

Tamra Judge Also Addresses Season Finale Tension

Casting speculation wasn’t the only RHOC conversation Judge addressed over the weekend.

Following the Season 20 finale, she responded to a fan who questioned Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter’s accusations involving her friendship with Heather Dubrow.

“I’m still trying to understand Emily and Gina trying to accuse you of something with Heather – make it make sense,” the fan wrote.

Judge shared the comment on her Instagram Stories and replied, “You and me both. Made zero sense at all. Unnecessary drama.”

The exchange comes after Jennifer Pedranti and Kirschenheiter raised questions during the finale about Judge’s friendship with Jenn and whether it was motivated by her strained relationship with Dubrow.

With the Season 20 reunion still ahead, those unresolved friendships could provide plenty of conversation before attention officially turns to the next season.

For now, Judge is leaving the door open to changes on RHOC while pushing back against claims that Bravo has already settled on a new cast.

Whether that means a few departures, new additions or something more substantial remains to be seen.
