Erika Jayne shared new details about her future with her boyfriend, John McPhee.
In January 2026, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star appeared on the RHOBH After Show, where she admitted she’s hesitant to tie the knot again after two failed marriages. Jayne also confirmed that her marriage to former power attorney Tom Girardi still isn’t finalized.
“No, I don’t think so,” Jayne, 54, said when asked if she wants to get married again. “I’m still married … I don’t know… I don’t want to give anybody these problems, does that make sense?”
Jayne did add that she’s “having a great time” in her new relationship with McPhee, whom she met at an event in London last summer.

GettyIn the past, Jayne has been adamant that she’s not interested in another marriage. In 2021, she flat-out told TMZ she would “never” tie the knot again. ‘No, I will not. Never,” she said at the time.
The Bravo TV star also downplayed the chances of ever dating a lawyer again after getting pulled into Girardi’s legal troubles, which included fraud and embezzlement charges.
“Probably not,” she said at the time. “But then again, I’ll probably, I mean, I don’t know… I may need free legal. Who knows?”

In December 2025, Jayne appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” and admitted that she’s “pretty bad” when it comes to her taste in men. She quickly clarified, “The person I’m currently dating is a very nice person.” She also confirmed that she had been dating McPhee for six months, which means they started seeing each other around June 2025.
“The Pretty Mess” singer previously told TMZ that the number one quality she was looking for in a partner was “intelligence,” and that looks were “on the lower scale” of importance to her.
“I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money,” she added in 2021.
Jayne’s new beau, McPhee, is a retired U.S. Army special operations sergeant who has the nickname “Shrek.” Speaking to The Daily Dish in December, the reality star gushed about her new man, saying, “John’s a hero to many.”
She also confirmed that her adult son, Tommy Zizzo, from her first marriage to Thomas Zizzo in the 1990s, has met McPhee and that things went “well.” “John is an intimidating guy, so yeah. It went beautifully,” the RHOBH star shared in the interview.
