“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow has been sharing an intimate look at her life with her husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, and their four kids since season 7 of the Bravo show in 2012.
Heather and Terry faced their share of challenges during the early years of the series, particularly due to Terry’s demanding work schedule. Since then, however, their relationship has only grown stronger, earning admiration from fans for their loving and committed marriage.
Heather and Terry celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary on June 5, with the RHOC star dedicating a sweet Instagram post to her husband and sharing rare photos from their wedding day in 1999.

GettyRHOC star Heather Dubrow took a trip down memory lane in honor of her and her husband, Terry Dubrow’s 27th wedding anniversary. Taking to Instagram, Heather shared several never-before-seen photos of their wedding day, which took place at The Beverly Hills Hotel in 1999.
To mark the occasion, Heather shared 12 photos from their wedding, including snapshots of her getting ready, the first time Terry saw her in her stunning Vera Wang wedding dress, the moment right after the couple said “I do,” and an up-close shot of their wedding rings.
“27 years ago today we said I do … I still do – today and always ❤️💍🍾,” she began her caption. “Last minute veil adjustments with my mom and Kim ( Btw I am wearing Terry’s hospital, scrub bottoms here !! 🤣),” she described her first photo, which saw her standing in front of a mirror and fixing her veil.
“First looks” but we just wanted to have a private moment before the ceremony. Terry was so sweet crying 🥹❤️,” she also shared, with photos showing Terry wiping away tears as he saw his bride for the first time.
The last photo in Heather’s post honored Terry’s late brother, Kevin Dubrow. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kevin, the singer from the 1980s heavy metal band Quiet Riot, died of an overdose in 2007.
In the comment section, Heather’s RHOC co-stars congratulated the couple on their incredible wedding milestone.

Heather & Terry Met on a Blind Date in 1996
GettyHeather and Terry’s relationship began on a blind date in late 1996; in fact, the RHOC star shared the tidbit on Instagram, marking 27 years since they first met in December 2023.
“Spent last weekend in Cabo celebrating the day @drdubrow and I met on a blind date 27 years ago ! ❤️Although we didn’t know it at the time, it was the day that changed our trajectory,” she touchingly shared alongside a photo of the pair.
However, Heather would admit that she didn’t initially feel butterflies when they first met. Speaking on her “Heather Dubrow’s World” podcast in 2015 (via Bravo), she said, “He wasn’t really my type, but you know, I was like, ‘We’ll see.'”
The reality star believed that Terry was a little snobbish at first, adding, “On the phone, I was, like, in love. But then we’d hang out, and I’d go, ‘Yeah, I don’t know.'”
But Heather changed her tune after seeing Terry at work, describing it as “sexy as hell.”
“To me the sexiest thing in the whole world is seeing someone in their element, you know, seeing him in like scrubs and there’s needles flying, and he’s walking around, and he’s in command of the place,” Heather said, adding, “It was a turn-on. It was sexy as hell.”
Less than three years later, the couple tied the knot.
