When it comes to “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” fans love getting a closer look at the lives behind the drama. For Jen Pedranti, that means her role as a devoted mom.
With five kids, a blended family, and recent custody developments making headlines, there’s plenty to know about her life off-screen. Here are five fast facts that shine a light on Jen Pedranti’s kids and family.
1. Jen Pedranti Is a Mother to Five Children
The “RHOC” star shares four biological children with her ex-husband, William Pedranti: Harrison, Dawson, Greyson, and Everleigh.

2. Jen Recently Gained Sole Physical Custody of Her Minor Children
On September 3, 2025, Jen was granted sole physical custody of her three minor children, according to Us Weekly. Harrison and Dawson were not part of this agreement, as they are over the age of 18.

In an Instagram post, Jen talked about her son and his leaving for boot camp. She said, “When it’s time to go.. I can’t let him go.” She added, “It’s the letting go that is so hard.”
5. Blending Families With Her Fiancé
Jen is engaged to Ryan Boyajian, who has two children from a previous relationship. The couple has blended their families, but they have definitely spoken publicly about the challenges and adjustments they’ve had to make while doing this.
