Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker Have Reached a Settlement in Their Divorce

Per TMZ, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker announced their settlement in court on March 11, 2026.

The court has now ordered the exes to officially submit settlement paperwork in one week.

That paperwork would include a plan for child support as well as co-parenting their two young children together, son Ace and daughter Blaze. Burruss also has another adult daughter, Riley, from a previous relationship, while Tucker has his adult daughter, Kaela.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star announced that she and Tucker would be divorcing in November 2025, per PEOPLE.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” Burruss shared in a statement to the outlet. “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth.”

Burruss first met Tucker while filming the fourth season of “RHOA,” where Tucker was one of the show’s producers. They got engaged in January 2013.

In the official divorce petition obtained by Us Weekly, the date of marriage was listed as April 2014 and the date of separation as July 15, 2025. For Burruss, the marriage was “irretrievably broken” with “no reasonable hope for reconciliation.”

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker Are Committed to Being Good Parents

Neither Kandi Burruss nor Todd Tucker has discussed details about the divorce settlement. However, they are proving that they are committed to a healthy co-parenting relationship.

When Burruss first announced her divorce from Tucker, she was adamant about continuing to make their kids a priority.

“This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” the Xscape singer shared in her divorce announcement to PEOPLE.

In January 2026, Burruss also expressed on “TODAY with Jenna and Sheinelle” that she and Tucker are putting the kids first. The exes “determined that, no matter what, we are always going to be great co-parents for our kids.”

The star added that that may even mean spending special events together for their kids. In fact, about a month after their divorce announcement, Burruss shared a touching photo on Instagram. It was the whole family together for Christmas 2025.
