Kroy Biermann has been in the process of divorcing “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak since 2023. Since then, she’s moved on and is now dating businessman Kyle Mowitz. Additionally, the NFL alum has been linked to his ex, Jillian Green. The latest is that the two have reportedly been spotted kissing.
TMZ posted a video from Backgrid on August 17. In it, two people, presumed to be Biermann and Green, are seen embracing from the side as she caresses his back. After that, the two then kiss as they stand near a wooden fence with a large black dog.
Then, they approach an SUV as Biermann empties water from the dog’s bowl before loading up the rear of the vehicle. At the end of the video, it becomes clear that they are parked near a road, perhaps at a park.

Specifically, the couple is said to have been on a trail in Alpharetta when the video was taken, seemingly without their knowledge. Additionally, sources tell the outlet that Biermann and Green spent the weekend together.
Per the report, this weekend trip included date nights with other friends as well as hangouts that stretched late into the night at her home. It’s worth noting that Biermann and Green were also spotted on a three-hour hike in May. Footage of the outing shows them hugging, but the latest video of the two makes it easier to believe the romance rumors.
Regarding Mowitz, he filed for divorce from Green in March 2025. According to Us Weekly, several months later, Zolciak was subpoenaed in the divorce and asked to answer questions about gifts she had received from the businessman. Per the legal request, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum had to submit all communications with Mowitz regarding “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz].”
Green also requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
Initially, Zolciak opposed the request. However, a judge ordered her to sit for a deposition in March 2026.

GettyZolciak attended BravoCon 2025 and took part in multiple panels. Per PEOPLE, during one of the discussions, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum opened up about co-parenting with Biermann.
She claimed, “There’s no co-parenting; it’s disturbing. If you only knew. As much as I would love to share the truth, I won’t, because I have children. You don’t bash the mother of your children. Their stability is in my own.” During the discussion, Zolciak also spoke about Mowitz.
She stated, “I’m a Taurus, guys. I’m loyal to a fault. We went on our first date, and we’ve been together ever since.”
Regarding Zolciak’s career, she’s set to appear on “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th” and on Prime Video’s “Reality Retreat,” which will premiere sometime in 2027.
