Kyle Richards’ youngest child turned 18. On March 1, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s daughter, Portia Umansky, celebrated her milestone birthday, and the whole family posted sweet tributes and messages to her.
Richards, who shares Portia with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, posted to her Instagram stories to reshare videos and photos of Portia posted by the former couple’s older daughters. Some of the clips included scenes from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
Richards joined the cast of the Bravo reality show when it debuted in 2010. The whole family, including Portia and Richards and Umansky’s older daughters, Farrah, Alexia, and Sophia, have appeared on the show.
Mauricio Umansky Called Portia ‘The Most Incredible Person on the Planet’
In a post shared to Instagram, Mauricio Umansky gave fans a look at some of his favorite daddy-daughter moments with Portia. In one photo is seen giving him a face mask, and in another, the two pose wearing matching pirate hats. Umansky also shared photos of the whole family posing with Portia.
“Happy Birthday to the most incredible person on this planet,” the proud father captioned the slideshow. “I love ❤️you soooooooooooooooo much I can’t believe my baby is 18. Thank you for the most incredible 18 years of my life. May you be blessed with love, happiness, health, and omg college here we come. Xoxo 😘”
Eldest sister Farrah posted to her Instagram stories to share clips of Portia, describing her as the family’s “in-house comedian” and a makeup guru who teaches her “something new every day.” “Can’t believe you’re 18,” Farrah wrote to her younger sister. “I love you SO much.”
Alexia Umansky posted a cute video of her hamming it up with Portia. “In honor of my little twin turning 18 today… Portia, the woman that you are. Brains, beauty and a heart of pure gold. I love you more than words can possibly describe. Happy birthday 💛” she captioned the video.
And Sophia Umansky shared a throwback of an iconic RHOBH clip in which she surprised Portia by coming home from her East Coast college during the height of the COVID pandemic. In the famous scene, Portia became emotional when she saw her sister outside the house and began to cry and scream after missing her so much.
“Bringing this gem back in honor of my baby sister’s 18th birthday ❤️,” Sophia captioned the RHOBH clip. “My best friend 🥹 I love you more than anything @portia_umansky I hope you always get this excited to see me.”
Portia Umansky Has Been on TV Since She Was a Toddler
GettyFans have watched Portia grow up on 15 seasons of RHOBH. During a February 2026 Amazon Live, Richards looked back on how fast the time flew by.
“The funny thing is, she’s been on TV since she was 1 year old,” the RHOBH star said of Portia. “We had her second birthday party on Season 1. So, she went from diapers to going to college… It’s just so weird to think that she’s gonna be leaving and going to college.“
In an interview with the Daily Dish, the mom of four said Portia has no memories of life before RHOBH cameras.
“When we started the show, she was in a crib and diapers. Now, she drives, and [she] is applying to colleges,” the RHOBH OG said. “It’s just so wild to think about that this much of my life has been covered all these years, and she has no memory of any life before the show. So that’s kind of wild.”
