“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley have been at odds for a couple of years now. Despite trying to repair the broken friendship after the RHOBH Season 14 reunion, Richards has admitted that a pivotal moment changed their dynamic forever.
Kyle Richards Sets the Record Straight on Dorit Kemsley Fallout
On RHOBH Season 15, viewers watched as Richards and Erika Jayne tried to have a conversation with Kemsley over their concerns about her behavior while they were vacationing in Italy. The talk quickly took a turn, and Richards brought up Kemsley reading her private text on camera ahead of the Season 14 reunion.
During the After Show for RHOBH, Richards revealed that the moment shifted something in her regarding her friendship with Kemsley.
“For me, and I am someone who has always said, I don’t hold a grudge, really changed something for me because I have never had someone do something like that to me ever. But to read a private text, I just couldn’t believe it,” she expressed.
The Bravo personality went on to explain that in that moment, Richards realized Kemsley doesn’t care about her or the friendship.
“I am always a believer that if there was something to begin with, then you can fix it. Of course the longer this goes on, and the more time, it makes it more difficult. I believe that maybe one day,” the reality TV star spilled.
Kemsley, for her part, told Bozoma “Boz” Saint John that Richards wants to punish her and make her suffer over the text message moment. She added that Richards isn’t genuinely interested in making amends or moving forward with Kemsley, and until that happens, there is no moving forward for them.
RHOBH Season 15 Reunion Teasers
While Jayne initially said she hoped Richards and Kemsley could find peace, that has changed following new drama with Kemsley and Jayne. The latter has confirmed she and Kemsley are no longer speaking, and fans will learn more about it at the reunion.
The RHOBH After Show was filmed months ago, unlike the Season 15 reunion, which was filmed a couple of weeks ago. Following the reunion, some cast members have given a little hint at what fans can expect.
Richards confirmed it was rough for her and Jayne because of the situation with Kemsley. Sutton Stracke addressed that drama when speaking about the reunion. However, Stracke also hinted that, for the first time in a very long time, she wasn’t in the hot seat, which was good for her.
Only a couple of episodes remain in RHOBH Season 15, so the reunion will be hitting Bravo airwaves very soon.
Dorit can spin a story anyway she likes. She is good with words, but falls short of the truth. Her integrity is sorely lacking. She needs deep seated counseling with someone who doesn’t pat her on the back, but questions whether she is truthful, or looking for sympathy. Maybe that therapist should review footage from the show to see how vicious and needy she is.
Dorit is only friends with herself. She’s rude and less all the time. In my opinion she only thinks about herself. She only wants to show off her clothes and doesn’t care that she always late. She’s a narcissist and is in for a ride awakening. She lies about PK and is jealous that Kyle and Maurico have a good co-parenting relationship and that PK isn’t taking care of her anymore. She’s always claimed she had her own money. Kyle has make smart decisions with her money and never has tried to live to show off and just blow money. Dorit has a problem with anyone that tells her the truth. She needs to go ASAP
