Rachel Fuda is making a major move weeks after the 15th season of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” filmed without her.
The former Bravo star, who shares children Jaiden, Gianella, and Giuliana, and Lorenzo with her husband John, announced that her family is moving to Florida.
In a video posted to Instagram on August 10, Fuda and her husband were seen walking together down a sidewalk and sharing a kiss. Palm trees could be seen in the background.
“It’s time for our next adventure,” Fuda captioned the clip. “We’re moving to Florida. …Here’s to new memories, new beginnings, + our next adventure 🫶🏻 now let’s take the roof off this bad boy!’
Fuda was a cast member on Seasons 13 and 14 of RHONJ before the show went on a lengthy hiatus. She was not named as part of the Season 15 cast, which will mark the return of Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Dolores Catania, alongside multiple newcomers.
Rachel Fuda’s Former RHONJ Co-Stars Reacted to Her Big News
Fuda shared more clues about her move in a post to her Instagram story. One clip showed her and her husband taking a flight to Palm Beach County, Florida, without their kids, then later holding up a realtor “sold” sign before grabbing a celebratory drink.
“What a day, I feel like we have so much to catch up on but for now I’m going to enjoy this cocktail while we try to ‘plan’ our lives,” Fuda told fans in another post.
Fans and friends reacted to the news on Instagram.
“Cheers to new chapters! Congrats! 🥂 🌴💗” wrote Melissa Gorga.
“I’m so happy & excited for you guys!!!!” wrote Danielle Cabral.
“Wow wow wow omggg so happy for you,” added Dolores Catania.
Rachel Fuda Expressed Concerns About the New RHONJ Cast
BravoWhile Fuda was not asked back to RHONJ, she shared her feelings about the cast dynamic during an appearance on Kim DePaola’s “Get Real With Kim D” podcast. Fuda called the RHONJ cast “inauthentic” compared to other Bravo franchises.
“When you look at the original seasons of Orange County … this is a group of intertwined friendships that have dirt on each other,” she said. “They’ve been through [expletive] together. They have history.”
“Beverly Hills is about the opulence,” she added, before noting, “New Jersey’s about family.”
RHONJ started out with family, featuring sisters Caroline and Dina Manzo and their cousin Jacqueline Laurita with pal Teresa Giudice before Giudice’s cousins and brother joined the show. But other cast changes over the years brought in some additions who were not as connected through family and friendships.
Earlier this year, Bravo producer Andy Cohen spoke on his Sirius XM show, “Andy Cohen Live” to say he was “excited” about the new cast, which reportedly wrapped filming in late July.
“We have a great group, and this has been a journey,” Cohen said, per BravoTV.com. “This has been a journey. We have gone through, this has been a long and winding road to get to this place, and I’m very excited. What we owe you is a good show, so that’s what we want to deliver.”
No premiere date has been announced for the 15th season of RHONJ. Fans hope to see the show by late 2026.
