A former star of RHONJ was in the process of divorcing her husband one year ago, before a surprise reconciliation brought them back together.
Dina Manzo, who appeared on the Bravo series during Seasons 1, 2, and 6, legally filed to separate from husband David Cantin in March 2025. Six days later, he filed for divorce. Then, they reconciled.

According to Us Weekly, Dina Manzo and David Cantin were experiencing marriage difficulties in 2025, leading to the surprise split. The couple wed in June 2017.
The outlet reported that Manzo filed first, looking for a legal separation from Cantin. She said the day they separated was the same day she filed, March 4, 2025.
Less than one week after Manzo’s filing, Cantin filed a petition to divorce. He called their marriage “irretrievably broken.”
Us Weekly reported, “At the time of his filing, Cantin asked the court to equitably distribute their marital assets with an unequal distribution in his favor, citing the ‘duration of the marriage and [his] extraordinary contributions to the acquisition, enhancement and production of income or the improvement of both the marital assets and the non-marital assets.’”
However, one year after their joint filings, Manzo and Cantin asked the court to dismiss their petitions. This development occurred in late March 2026.
Around the time they asked the courts to dissolve their filings, Manzo shared a series of 10 photos and videos taken with Cantin to Instagram. She captioned the post, “D&D 2.0 (paradise edition).”
In response to her post, Cantin wrote in its comments section, “I’ll go anywhere with you, baby. I love you, my Lioness.”
Why Did Dina Manzo Leave RHONJ?
Dina Manzo was one of the original RHONJ cast members. She appeared on the series during Seasons 1 and 2, leaving before returning for Season 6.
Manzo and her sister, Caroline Manzo, along with Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita, and Danielle Staub made up the series’ original cast. Together, the group helped turn the reality series into one of Bravo’s most talked-about franchises during its early years.
After stepping away from RHONJ following Season 2, Manzo shifted her focus toward family life, her charitable organization Project Ladybug, and new television opportunities. During her time away from Bravo, she also starred in two seasons of her HGTV series “Dina’s Party.”
She had a close relationship with Guidice and is godmother to her daughter, Audriana. The christening was featured during Season 2 of RHONJ.
Bravo reported that Giudice revealed she and Manzo remain in touch. She also maintains a relationship with Audriana.
The network site posted that during a Nov. 2022 Instagram Q&A, Manzo responded to a question about the state of her and Guidice’s friendship. They asked, “Are you friends?”
She responded, “We were never not friends. Sometimes friendships go [through phases], but in the end true friendships will always find their way back when the time is right.”
RHONJ is returning for Season 15. Teresa Giudice returns for the new season along with her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania. Filming has begun, but no release date has been announced thus far.
