Sutton Stracke revealed that she hopes Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky don’t get back together—and she admitted her reason was a “selfish” one.
In a January 2026 interview with Page Six Radio, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared her thoughts on the former couple, who have been separated since 2023.
Stracke told the outlet that Richards and Umansky still “love each other” and were “together a long time,” so any recent outings together “could have been misconstrued.” She also noted that she personally never saw any “canoodling” between the two.
When asked if she hopes Richards and Umansky reconcile, Stracke admitted, “That is always a possibility, you know. But I think, I don’t know. That is such a hard one.”
“I will say this, though,” Stracke added. “I mean, selfishly, I would be a little sad if they got back together because Kyle and I are trying to get a rhythm on our nights out. And we’re like, definitely not Friday because that’s the worst night. So now we’re like, okay, it’s Thursday night out in Beverly Hills. And like, we’re trying to figure out where all the men are. We’re trying to find the single straight men.”

GettyStracke’s comments came days after Page Six reported that Richards, 56, and Umansky, 55, attended actress Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colorado and appeared to be very much a couple.
“They were really enjoying one another’s company,” an insider claimed. “They had their arms around one another and were very touchy and warm with one another all night. They were very obviously together and wanting to spend the party by one another’s side. If you didn’t know they had split up, you would presume they were still happily married.”
Richards and Umansky will mark their 30th wedding anniversary on Jan. 20, 2026. So far, neither has filed for divorce.
In November, Richards told The Daily Dish she was in no rush to legally end her marriage. “I’m not, like, quick to jump on any next moves yet. But I mean, listen, it’s a very long time we’ve been together, and there really hasn’t been a reason to make any moves yet,” the RHOBH star shared. “We’re just taking it a day at a time. You know, living our lives, separate lives.”

“They are not getting back together or rekindling their romance,” the source said of the exes. “[There’s] still so much love between them. …They are genuinely friends right now and still have so much fun together. They have been loving towards one another, but that doesn’t mean they are getting back together.”
“Of course, it would be great if they called off their separation, but the family knows it’s most likely not going to happen,” the insider added of the estranged RHOBH couple.
