If you’re a fan of “Project Runway,” then you’ll be thrilled to find out that the fashion-savvy professionals behind the show are hard at work on the next season. That includes Heidi Klum, who just happens to be slaying a chic sheer dress while providing her style-related skills to the reality TV show.
Indeed, “Disney is staying ‘in’ on Project Runway,” The Hollywood Reporter noted in October 2025. “The company has renewed Project Runway for a 22nd season overall and the second on Disney outlets Freeform, Hulu and Disney+. The new season is set to premiere in 2026, though an exact date hasn’t been set.”
“Disney picked up Project Runway in October 2024 in a deal with producer Spyglass Media Group,” THR also explains. “The series made its debut on Freeform in July, with next-day streaming on Hulu and Disney+. Longtime host Heidi Klum returned to the show for the first time since 2017, joined by judges Nina Garcia (who has been with the show for every season) and Law Roach, and mentor (and season four winner) Christian Siriano. All four are set to return for season 22.”
Now, Klum has shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse at her (and Siriano) in action.
Klum & Siriano are ‘So Back’ & ‘Hard at Work’
Klum took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 10, to tease fans with a look at what she’s been working on.
In one photo, Klum and Siriano can be seen from behind as they watch screens in front of them (see above). In the caption, she wrote, “Hard at work with @csiriano 😛❤️ @projectrunway”
Klum also shared a video of the pair doing a little dance, with the model writing, “u smack my ass I’ll smack urs 🍑👋”
Another video shows Siriano’s arm knocking on a door before Klum emerges. Her caption reads: “We are so back 🤗 @csiriano @projectrunway”
Klum Looked Fabulous in Feathers & Sheer Fabric
Klum popped up another photo on Instagram that gave followers a better look at her outfit.
Showing the star leaning against a large window with New York City making up the view outside, Klum can be seen wearing a black mini-dress that features a low-cut neckline, bold shoulders and long sleeves with feathery cuffs. The lower section of the piece is made up of see-through fabric that gives fans a glimpse of Klum’s long legs.
Fashion-lovers definitely adored the look, with one person leaving a comment, saying, “Very gorgeous, Heidi ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
