Charlotte Ross has played plenty of characters during her career. Soap opera fans will likely recognize her as Eve Donovan from her time on “Days of Our Lives.” You may also know her as Detective Connie McDowell from “NYPD Blue.” That’s not to mention a long list of other roles she’s tackled over the years. While she’s certainly accomplished a lot in Hollywood, the actress has decided to sell her Los Angeles home.
“Ross is officially done with her Studio City chapter … because the actress has sold her hillside home,” according to TMZ. “Real estate sources tell us the ‘Days of Our Lives’ alum closed Thursday, unloading the Fryman Canyon Estates property for $3.4 million.”
TMZ was also told that “Ross is moving out of the area altogether.”

“Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of Studio City, this gated Cape Cod celebrity compound on a sprawling 13,000+ sf lot is OFFICIALLY SOLD,” according to an Instagram post from Craig Strong of Compass, who held the listing.
A six-bedroom, four bathroom home, per TMZ, Strong’s post notes that the residence, which has been “featured in numerous publications,” is an “enchanting 1940s estate” that has “seamlessly blended timeless character with elevated modern updates — complete with a private guest house.”
“Sun-filled open living spaces, a designer Viking kitchen, and French doors created effortless indoor-outdoor flow for quintessential California living,” the post continues. “Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and sweeping views led to a serene primary retreat with dual walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bath featuring a clawfoot soaking tub beneath skylights.”
That’s not to mention the PebbleTec pool, the built-in spa and the Tesla supercharger.
Charlotte Ross Posted Photos from Her Studio City Home
Fans who follow Ross on Instagram might have already seen part of the star’s now-former home without even realizing it. That’s because she occasionally shared photos of herself both inside and outside the abode and tagged Studio City, Los Angeles, as her location.
For instance, she showed off her muscles during one of her “home workouts,” which was witness by her dog who was definitely more relaxed than the actress (see above).
She also popped up a sweet selfie in what appears to be one of the bedrooms.
Ross also posted a photo of herself enjoying the home’s outdoor space.
On top of that, Ross shared a pair of photos while in the backyard — one of herself looking at the quaint house, and a shot of her lounging by the idyllic pool. In the caption, she wrote, “‘You cannot swim for new horizons until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore’ — William Faulkner.”
