The latest GH preview clip is out, and it will be a crazy day in Port Charles! Not only is Jordan on to Portia’s secret, but she is sharing it with others! Drew needs help, but Alexis is willing to make a deal with the devil, and Tracy and Ronnie’s battle is just starting!
Here’s a look at the “General Hospital” spoilers for Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025!
Portia’s Secret Isn’t So Secret
ABCIt looks like trouble is coming for Portia again. In the latest GH teaser, Anna is at the Brown Dog with Jordan, who shares her suspicions about Portia’s pregnancy. “Portia is lying to Curtis. Again,” she says. Will Jordan next tell Curtis that she believes that his soon-to-be-ex is pregnant?
Next, the clip jumps to a flashback moment at Ronnie’s tea party. It’s clearly a continuation of the moment when Jordan asked Portia if she was pregnant. “Mind your own damn business,” Portia yells over her shoulder as she heads out the door. Spoilers also tease a conversation between her and Isaiah. Will she tell him her pregnancy news before she tells Curtis?
Speaking of Curtis, in the following snippet, he is at Bobbie’s Diner with Kai. Trina’s boyfriend realizes he has put all his trust and faith in the wrong person, Drew. “I owe you an apology,” he tells Curtis. Meanwhile, Trina is confiding in Josslyn, but how much of what happened is she revealing? There are a lot of secrets sitting between the best friends.
Will Alexis Make a Deal With the Devil?
ABCNext in today’s spoiler clip, Lulu and Lucas are at Bobbie’s Diner, and she appears to be filling him in on what she overheard Michael saying to Dante. She wonders if Michael has set Willow up to take the fall in Drew’s shooting, and it seems Lulu is contemplating speaking up. “You could be helping a guilty woman go free,” Lucas tells her. Will Lulu come forward?
Drew promised to help Willow after the judge ordered her held in Pentonville, so he lands on Alexis’s doorstep. He is desperate for legal help, and Drew has something Alexis wants: access to her granddaughter. She has a huge decision to make. “The clock’s ticking. This is my final offer,” Drew tells her.
In the last moments of the latest preview clip, Tracy’s war with Ronnie reaches new heights. At the Q’s, Tracy heads towards Ronnie with a pitcher of water, ready to dump it. Ronnie yells, “Don’t you dare!” But will she?
