“General Hospital” Spoilers For Monday, August 17

The “General Hospital” spoilers for Monday, August 17th reveal that Michael’s decision to have Willow move into the gatehouse isn’t going to make the other Q’s very happy. They also point to a potential budding new relationship and some interesting developments for Josslyn. The “General Hospital” spoilers for Monday, August 17th are:

Carly Gets Help From a New Ally

Carly’s been going through a lot lately. She’s trying to get Joss to leave the WSB, adjusting to Valentin being free, and dealing with her shock over Jason’s decision to quit working for Sonny. But the spoilers for Monday indicate that she’s going to turn to a new source for help.

What does Carly need help with? Is she going to continue trying to get Joss to quit the WSB? If so, she could turn to Hudson to help convince Joss to take the job as CEO of JJE.

Hudson and Joss have some obvious chemistry, so maybe he will help Carly convince Joss that leaving the WSB is the best thing for her future. Of course, Carly may have more than Joss’s career in mind when she asks Hudson for help.

Josslyn Turns to Michael For Advice

Joss is still wrestling with the decision of who should take over JJE because she doesn’t want the job herself. But she’s feeling the weight of knowing how many people will be affected by her decision, and she doesn’t want to make the wrong choice. Joss is also concerned that the entire situation could be some kind of scheme.

It would make sense for her to turn to Michael for advice. Michael is a shrewd businessman with plenty of high-level business experience. He should be able to help Joss sort through her options and figure out what would be best for the future of JJE.

Lucas And Joe Get Closer

Lucas and Joe have fantastic chemistry, and it will be fun to watch these two get closer. Roommates, maybe? They’re both looking for a place, after all. And could they eventually become more than roommates?

They would make a great couple, and Lucas could use some help mending his broken heart after losing Marco. Joe might be exactly the fresh start that Lucas needs.

Brook Lynn Is Shocked

Is Brook Lynn shocked because Curtis was found guilty? Or is she shocked to learn that Willow is moving into the gatehouse? It will definitely surprise everyone living in the mansion that Tracy is going to allow Willow to move back onto the Quartermaine property.

Considering that not too long ago Brook Lynn was worried about Chase paying too much attention to Willow, it’s safe to assume that she’s not going to be too happy about the new living arrangements.

Chase and Brook Lynn seem to have repaired any damage caused by Willow, but will that continue if Willow is living just yards away from Chase? She’ll be able to summon Chase whenever she needs something, which is definitely going to make Brook Lynn uncomfortable.

Michael may think moving Willow into the gatehouse is the best solution for everyone, but he could be seriously underestimating the amount of drama he’s bringing back to the Quartermaine estate.

Serena Pushes Boundaries

Like mother, like daughter. Serena is going to start amping up her efforts to get close to Michael. Now that Jacinda is out of the picture, will Serena succeed in getting through to him?

She may not be able to convince Michael to give up those Deception shares, but she’s definitely going to keep trying. And the more time Serena spends with Michael, the more likely it is that her mother’s business scheme could turn into something much more personal.

Monday’s episode looks like it will set several new stories in motion. Willow’s return to the Quartermaine property could create fresh problems for Brook Lynn and Chase, while Serena continues circling Michael and Lucas and Joe grow closer.

Meanwhile, Carly and Joss may find themselves pulled in a completely new direction thanks to Hudson. With new alliances, potential romances, and Willow once again right in the middle of the Quartermaine family drama, things could get messy very quickly this week in Port Charles.
