Despite the plethora of available men on “The Young and the Restless,” it seems Patty Williams has only had eyes for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
However, Stacy Haiduk has revealed Patty has indeed noticed the “many, many good-looking men in Genoa City.”
Haiduk Jokes “We Could Have All Had A Party!”
GettyThe star recently sat down with Soaps.com to discuss what’s coming up next for Patty. Haiduk laughed when asked if Patty had noticed the other handsome men around.
“Well, I think she noticed the Abbott brothers, all of them in one room [on the yacht],” Haiduk joked.
“I mean, I think she could have had some champagne [brought] into the room and we could have all had a party!”
“Of course she notices thereโs many, many good-looking men in Genoa City,” she admitted.
However, despite the eye candy on offer, Patty only has one man on her mind.
“I think she only has eyes for Jack at this moment,” Haiduk said.
“Patty is in love with Jack and has been for a long, long time. Anytime she has a chance to see him, she’s going to grab that moment and, you kmow, take it as far as she can.”
Haiduk Reveals What’s Next For Patty
Haiduk also revealed what’s coming up for Patty on “The Young and the Restless.”
“In my mind, a character who’s… people love to call them crazy, insane, bad… I just think something snapped [in their life] and they, you know, went down another path,” she shared.
“And now, I think for Patty, she’s trying to work her way into society, [and] being looked at as truly a fabulous woman.”
She also hinted at what to expect from the eventual showdown between Patty and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
“They do have a lot of history of their own. You’re going to have to wait and see what happens because it gets a little far out of it,” she laughed. “Diane is married to Jack, and here Jack is with Patty… it’s pretty upsetting that she finds Patty in bed with her husband.”
“I think it’s just going to be fun and I can’t wait to see where it goes… because I have no idea sometimes,” she said.
“I think a lot of it is coming back to a town where she grew up and really, really wants to be a part of it,” she explained. “Just being able to walk through the town and everybody sees her in a different way. And we’ll see what actually happens.”
