Along with the fact that Meghan Markle recently gave fans a look at how her family spent their summer holiday in Portugal, her As Ever brand has shared an enticing recipe for a seasonal dessert. In the new video, you can see the star of Netflix’s “With Love, Meghan” spending time in the sun while preparing a tasty treat.
But that’s not all! Viewers can also get a good look at the massive diamond ring that the royal is wearing.

As Ever took to Instagram to pop up the video that showed Markle standing in front of a table that’s adorned with a striped runner as two lovely glass dishes sit on top. There are also various items and ingredients that she uses to put together what the post notes is her “favorite ice cream sundae with Raspberry Spread, vanilla ice cream, crumbled shortbread, and Flower Sprinkles.”
In the caption, As Ever wrote, “Adding this to our summer menu 🍨”
We’re sure plenty of others are also interested in making this delicious-looking delight.
Of course, that’s not the only thing that may have piqued the interest of anyone who saw the video. That’s because Markle was wearing a particular piece of jewelry that caused a bit of a buzz.
Along with Markle’s white ensemble and accessories that included stylish sunnies, a tortoise shell-print headband and gold bracelets, she was also wearing what appeared to be a couple of rings on her one right-hand finger.
This isn’t the first time eagle-eyed fans have seen the noteworthy item. Along with being seen with the “mysterious, pear-shaped diamond ring” at the One805LIVE! charity concert in September 2025, Markle also wore it to the NBA All-Star Game in February, the Paris Fashion Week Balenciaga show and during a screening of “Cookie Queens,” according to Town & Country.
However, this is the first time that those who follow the royal have gotten a close-up look at the ring, which likely has some people wondering where it came from.
Was Meghan’s Ring Made from Princess Diana’s Jewelry?
GettyWhile Markle hasn’t confirmed any details about her ring, Rare Carat CEO Ajay Anand offered Page Six Style some thoughts about the enviable piece.
First, Anand notes that the center stone appears to be in the range of 6 carats. Beyond that, if Markle’s diamond is lab-grown, which is often her choice, then Page Six mentions that “Anand’s company sells similar gems for between $5,000 and $6,000.” On the other hand, a natural diamond around the same size “would be worth far more — anywhere from $100,000 to half a million dollars, depending on the quality of the stone.”
Granted, Markle may not have purchased a new diamond for her ring, but may have repurposed one that was already in her — or Prince Harry’s — possession.
“My first instinct is that the diamond (or gemstone) could be from Diana’s collection. Perhaps it was once part of a necklace, a pair of earrings, or another piece that was later redesigned into a ring,” according to What Meghan Wore founder and writer Susan Courter. “We’ve seen meaningful stones reimagined before, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility.”
