Model and food author Chrissy Teigen accompanied her “The Voice” coach husband, John Legend, to the 2026 American Music Awards on Monday, May 25. The event was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and hosted by Queen Latifah.
The couple made a fashion statement with their outfits; they both looked amazing, and Teigen also debuted her new look.

GettyTeigen stunned in an orange beaded gown. The color is gorgeous on her, and to complement the look, she kept her makeup natural and her accessories to a minimum. On the red carpet, she smiled widely for photos alongside her husband, and the pair looked so happy.
Her outfit was a real head-turner, but even more exciting was Teigen’s new hairstyle: a wavy bob with bangs.

The bangs may be fake, but they look gorgeous on her, and fans flooded the comment section to share their thoughts. “You look amazing with bangs and that dress is gorgeous,” a comment reads. “Love the bangs,” another fan shared.

Chrissy Teigen Discusses Her Style
Teigen is often celebrated for her incredible wardrobe and glamorous style, and she has already had several stunning looks this year. Her style has evolved in recent years, and she has opted for more classic and less daring ensembles. The decision has really been working. In a June 2024 interview with People, Teigen discussed how her style has changed as she has embraced her age. “I’m at the age now where a lot of the sites that I shop on sometimes, I’m like, ‘Oh, this is too young for me now,'” she said.
She also addressed the outfit she had worn to the Cannes Film Festival that year and how it was age-appropriate. “I think we set a tone for an area that we’re going to. Obviously we wanted to be very chic for Cannes. We wanted to keep it really chic and age-appropriate but still fun for summer,” she said.
Teigen and Legend live glamorous lives and have many opportunities to dress up and go out. But they are also parents to four children: Luna, Miles, Esti, and Wren, and at home, the model wears “all black, everything.” She also keeps her wardrobe simple and comfortable. “I just wear my Lululemon leggings, my Hanro Bra and my Guest in Residence cardigan. That’s every day of my life,” she confessed. “I don’t even have time to tie my shoes. I only get the slide-on APLs.”
That’s amazing to see her confidence is still shining through, it’s great to see her evolving her style.
