Kendra Duggar’s Parents Launch GoFundMe Amid Ongoing Joseph Duggar Situation
In a now-deleted GoFundMe, Paul and Christina Caldwell sought public support amid the ongoing legal situation involving their son-in-law, Joseph Duggar.
The Caldwells launched the fundraiser on behalf of themselves and their children on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The Caldwells have nine children, including Kendra Duggar. Kendra is the oldest of the Caldwell siblings. The Caldwells have three other daughters: Lauren, Olivia, and Moriah. The couple also shares five sons: Micah, Nathan, Timothy, Jesiah, and Isaiah.
The link remained active for several hours. It is also still listed in the Caldwell family’s Instagram bio. However, if you click on the link now, it says “Fundraiser not found.”
The Caldwell Family Is Seeking Prayers and Financial Support
In their original GoFundMe, Paul Caldwell wrote, “My family is facing a difficult and urgent situation. We are in need of support to cover legal fees and secure safe housing.”
Joseph Duggar’s father-in-law added, “This has been an incredibly stressful time, and we are doing everything we can to protect ourselves and move forward.”
Paul Caldwell clarified where the funds would be going, writing, “The funds raised will go directly toward legal representation to help us navigate the challenges ahead, as well as finding a safe place to live. Both are essential for our well-being and peace of mind. We are grateful for any help, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing our story with others who might be able to support us.”
He ended his message with, “Anything you can do is a help—even if it’s just prayer. Your support means the world to us as we work to rebuild and find safety.” The Caldwells set their fundraising goal at $24,000.
The Caldwell Family Is Financially Intertwined with Joseph Duggar
As many fans know, Joseph Duggar works as a real estate agent in Arkansas. Joseph, along with his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, sells homes and owns multiple rental properties.
Paul Caldwell, who works as a pastor, and his family began living in one of Joseph Duggar’s properties in 2021. According to The Sun, the home was originally intended for Joseph and Kendra to live in, but was later handed over to Paul and Christina after the birth of their ninth child in May 2021. The 1,540 square-foot home is located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
In a jail call, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Kendra told her husband, “My family said they’re moving out in a month and everybody is going to hold them to it.” The phone call was made on March 25, 2026.
Despite reaching out for public support to secure housing, the Caldwell family has not publicly addressed the Joseph Duggar situation. It remains unclear what type of communication, if any, they are having with their daughter and son-in-law.
