Brittany Cartwright is stepping into a new chapter ahead of the return of “The Valley.” As the Bravo series prepares for its season 3 premiere, Cartwright is showing off the results of a $75,000 “mommy makeover” she underwent in late 2025.
The 37-year-old Bravo star debuted her updated look while promoting the new season at SiriusXM in Los Angeles. Wearing a white crop top and a denim outfit, Cartwright showcased the results of multiple procedures as she continues to move forward personally and professionally.

Cartwright’s makeover included abdominal reconstruction, liposuction, a tummy tuck, and a breast lift with smaller implants. According to Us Weekly, the procedures were performed by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke.
Cartwright has openly shared her decision to undergo the surgeries. Shortly after the procedures, she wrote, “I’m so happy with my decision, do whatever makes you happy with your own body and lift other women up always!”
She added, “Everyone may not take the route I chose and I truly believe a woman’s body is incredible no matter what and deserves all the love!”
Her rep, Lori Krebs, also spoke about the decision. “Something Brittany had wanted to do for herself for quite some time, and she finally took the step,” Krebs told the outlet. Krebs described the makeover as part of “an empowering new chapter in her journey of self-confidence, healing and growth.”
An insider confirmed that Cartwright also updated her implants.
“Removed the [breast] implants she had and got new ones,” the source said.
Inside ‘The Valley’ Star’s Divorce and Co-Parenting Agreement With Jax Taylor
Cartwright’s transformation comes after major personal changes. In 2024, she filed for divorce from Jax Taylor after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Before filing, Cartwright shared that they had already been living separately. During an appearance on their joint podcast, she said, “Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
The former couple shares a son, Cruz. In March, court documents obtained by People outlined their custody agreement. Cartwright and Taylor will share joint legal and physical custody.
Taylor will have custody every other weekend and Wednesday nights, while Cartwright will have custody on the remaining days. The two will make joint decisions regarding Cruz’s health, education, and general welfare. If they cannot agree on health decisions, Cartwright will have final say.
The agreement also includes guidelines for parenting. Both agreed not to speak negatively about each other in front of their son and not to be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or other substances while caring for him. They will also wait six months before introducing Cruz to new partners and aim to celebrate his birthdays together.
Fans can watch Cartwright in action when season 3 of “The Valley” premieres on Bravo April 1.
