Carl Radke is weighing in—and not holding back.
As first reported by Reality Blurb, the “Summer House” star is opening up about the fallout surrounding West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s relationship, offering a candid look at where he stands with both Amanda and Ciara Miller.
Speaking during a stop on his Cake Eater book tour, Carl made it clear this isn’t just reality TV drama—it’s personal.
Carl Addresses the Fallout
Bravo“We’re all learning a lot of things like you guys are. These are real friends. Like people I care a lot about.”
He then addressed where he stands with the people involved:
“I officiated a wedding for Kyle and Amanda,” he continued. “I’m best friends with Kyle. I adore Ciara. I love Amanda. It’s been really hard. But I think the comedy of it is I’m actually not a mess, which is why it’s so funny.”
Caught in the Middle
Carl’s comments highlight just how complicated the situation has become.
With long-standing relationships on both sides—particularly his close ties to Amanda, Kyle Cooke and Ciara—he’s navigating a dynamic where there’s no clear place to land.
He also referenced a recent viral moment involving Kyle, adding:
“This moment of Kyle’s street interview with TMZ, holding a bag of dog poop while the interview’s going on, and then says that,” he said. “He texts me after and was like, ‘Sorry, brother.’ Me and Kyle have been talking a lot. Was I emotional on the phone call with Kyle? Absolutely. Have I texted with Amanda? Absolutely. Have I talked to Ciara? Absolutely.”
‘It’s Emotional. It’s Hard.’
As the situation continues to unfold publicly, Carl acknowledged the emotional weight of it all.
“It’s emotional. It’s hard,” he said. “As someone who cares deeply about his friends, as an empath, I carry on some of that energy. So last week I did have a sleepless night. I did voice note Kyle and cry a little bit.”
He added, when reflecting on how he’s holding up:
“Am I a mess?” he concluded. “Slightly.”
West and Amanda Confirm Their Relationship
After weeks of speculation, West Wilson and Amanda Batula officially confirmed their relationship on March 31, bringing clarity to the rumors.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” they shared. “It was never our intention to purposefully hide anything.”
They also addressed the complexity of navigating a new relationship within their friend group:
“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing that either of us expected,” they continued. “Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
A Situation Still Unfolding
Carl’s comments offer one of the clearest looks yet at how the group is processing the situation behind the scenes.
And with emotions still running high—and relationships continuing to shift—this story is far from over.
