The McBee family has had a whirlwind year—engagements, newborns, and a hit run on “The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.” But during BravoCon 2025, Cole McBee revealed a new layer of family closeness fans didn’t know about. Speaking candidly on the “Parents’ Night Out” panel, he detailed what it’s really like raising a baby at the same time as his brother, Jesse McBee, and why the timing “couldn’t have been better.”
Raising Kids Together Strengthened The McBee Brothers’ Bond
Cole McBee told BravoCon attendees that becoming a father within months of his brother Jesse changed their dynamic in an unexpected way. Cole welcomed daughter Blair Collins McBee with fiancée Kacie Adkison on December 13, 2024—just four months after Jesse and his wife, Alli Ventresca, welcomed their daughter, Summer Leigh McBee, on April 17.
“Honestly, I feel like it’s brought us way closer,” Cole said on the Bravo panel. “We’ve been able to talk about all the problems, or, you know, anything we’ve been struggling with, we’ve been able to talk together.”
Their daughters, he added, already adore each other.
“One of the coolest things in the world is seeing our two daughters together,” he explained. “They’re four months and four days apart, and they are best friends. Summer, which is Jesse’s daughter, just laughs at Blair the whole entire time, and it’s like, it’s the cutest thing ever.”
Cole didn’t hold back when reflecting on what their arrival meant for the family as a whole.
“It’s been the best thing that our family has ever had happen, and we definitely needed it now more than ever, those two little girls,” he said.
Cole Says Fatherhood ‘Changed Everything‘
Cole also spoke about his own transformation since Blair’s birth, calling her “the best thing to ever happen” to him.
“I feel like there was the me before my kid, and now having Blair, she’s changed me for the better,” he said. “She’s the best thing I have in my life. Like, waking up in the morning and just seeing her smile, it just makes my whole day.”
He continued, “Or getting home from a rough day at work and having her run up to me. Now she’s walking and saying ‘Hi, Dada.’ It can change a bad day and make it good so fast.”
With Blair’s first birthday approaching, Cole revealed that Kacie has been planning her party for months.
“She’s been thinking about it since probably the day of birth,” he joked. “But we are going to do Blair’s First Rodeo and it’s gonna be a lot of fun. We got a strict $2,000 limit. One-year-old’s birthday—we’re keeping it on the down low.”
Of course, Cole and Kacie’s new chapter includes wedding plans after his November 7 proposal, which he shared was designed entirely around his fiancée’s taste—and their daughter.
“Kacie is the biggest spy; she knows everything going on, and we were able to keep it a secret,” he told People. “It surprised her, and that was the number one thing I wanted… We 100% included our daughter. She’s our whole world and our whole life.”
Kacie said she was shocked when she saw Cole and Blair walking down a flower-lined path.
“I wanted a lot of flowers included in my proposal,” she said. “I started crying, I still can’t believe this happened.
Cole and the rest of his family will return for season 3 of “The McBee Dynasty” on Bravo in 2026.
