Yvonne Najor is officially a mom!
The “In the City” star and her husband, Nick Barber, have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Leonardo Robert Daniel Barber.
The couple shared the news on Instagram Wednesday, Aug. 26, introducing their son to fans with a sweet family announcement.
“We are thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our family: Leonardo Robert Daniel Barber! We call him Baby Leo 🦁,” they wrote. “He is the most precious little bundle of joy, and our hearts are full of happiness and gratitude.”

The proud parents also shared a few details about their newborn, describing him as “a big, strong, sweet guy” who already has “quite the personality.”
“We are so excited to show him the world and bring him along for the ride!” they continued.
The couple signed the message “Nick, Yvonne, and Jackson,” suggesting their family pet is already included in the new family dynamic.
They also gave a special thank-you to the medical team at Lenox Hill Hospital for caring for them during the birth.
“A special thank you to the amazing doctors and nurses at Lennox Hill for taking such great care of us. We are forever grateful! ❤️” they wrote.
Fans quickly filled the comments with congratulations, with several noting how adorable Baby Leo looked.
“Congratulations! Beautiful! He’s a couple weeks early? I remember you saying Labor Day’ish on the reunion or wwhl,” one person wrote.
“There he is! King Leo,” another fan commented.
Danielle Olivera, who recently welcomed her own baby boy after he spent time in the NICU, shared her excitement about the new addition.
“Yayy!!! Can’t wait for Leo to meet Aidan,” Olivera wrote.
Lindsey Hubbard also celebrated the news, calling Leo “the most perfect precious boy in the world!!!!”
Other fans described the newborn as “one adorable little guy” and congratulated the couple on their growing family.
Najor Shared She Was Expecting in May
Najor and Barber announced they were expecting their first child in May.
On May 30, Najor shared a photo of herself with Barber, along with pictures from a “Where the Wild Things Are”-themed baby shower.
“Surprise in the city!” she captioned the post. “Baby Barber arriving in August 2026. Our greatest adventure is about to begin!”
The couple previously opened up to PEOPLE about their decision to become parents and the journey leading up to their son’s arrival.
“We’re beyond excited to become parents and start this next chapter together,” they said. “Growing our family is something we’ve dreamed about for so long, and we feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so much love and support as we prepare to welcome our baby.”
They also acknowledged that deciding when to start a family was a major step for them.
“Becoming parents is such a big step and like any couple, we’ve had a lot of conversations about what the right timing looked like for us,” they said.

Now, the wait is over. Baby Leo has arrived, and Najor and Barber are beginning their newest chapter as a family of three.
