Zack Wickman & Jasmine Goode Give Honest Update on Jax Taylor

The new season of Bravo’s “The Valley” looks a lot different, as Jax Taylor is no longer a part of the cast. After a turbulent season 2 with his former wife, Brittany Cartwright, Taylor decided to leave to focus on his mental health and co-parenting their son, Cruz.

However, it appears that a few of Cartwright’s “The Valley” co-stars, including Zack Wickham and Jasmine Goode, believe that Taylor may not have changed as much as hoped. Still, Cartwright is seen getting her sparkle back in the new season.

“The Valley” stars Zack Wickham and Jasmine Goode recently spoke with reality TV podcaster Kate Riccio, where they gave a very honest answer about how Jax Taylor is doing today, now that fans won’t be seeing him on the latest season of the Bravo series.

The co-stars didn’t hold back, with Wickham speaking first on the subject. “My opinion is he might or might not be sober. I don’t know,” he said, making it clear that he was sharing his personal perspective. “He hasn’t changed much.”

Wickham continued, “On top of that, I know how he’s still treating Brittany [Cartwright] to this day. To this morning. And it is not great.” The reality star believed that Taylor should “get help and put in the work” if he wanted to “make amends” with Brittany.

Goode agreed with Wickham, adding, “Maybe it’s part of his steps of his journey. I have no relationship with him, and Brittany’s my girl.”

The last time fans saw Taylor was on season 2 of “The Valley.” During that time, viewers watched as Cartwright received numerous rage texts from Taylor, learned of his violent outbursts, and used their home security cameras to watch her. That same season, Cartwright decided to visit a lawyer and file for divorce.

Taylor Shared A Major Life Update in February

On February 17, Taylor revealed on Instagram that he had moved out of the townhouse that was featured on “The Valley.” While it is unclear where Taylor moved to, he shared a video to sponsor the moving company that helped him pack all of his things securely and take them to his new home.

Tom Schwartz, who was Taylor’s neighbor, even made a surprise appearance with the two men sharing a hug as Taylor headed to his new place. “New chapter,” he captioned his video.

Fans didn’t hear from Taylor on Instagram until April 2, when he dedicated a post to his son, Cruz, for World Autism Awareness Month. Sharing sweet photos with Cruz, who recently celebrated his fifth birthday, he captioned the post, “Cruzy has changed the way I see the worldโ€ฆ with more patience, more understanding, and a deeper love than I ever knew I had in me. He reminds me every day what really matters. Proud to be his dad today and every day ๐Ÿฉต.”

It’s unclear whether Taylor will appear in future seasons of “The Valley.”
