Lala Kent revealed she would consider a hookup with “Summer House” star Kyle Cooke after hearing rumors about him. On June 1, “The Valley” star spoke out on her ”Untraditionally Lala” podcast where she recapped the “Summer House” reunion with her brother Easton Burningham.
Kent noted that Cooke came off well during the reunion as his ex-wife Amanda Batula was grilled about her romantic relationship with their co-star West Wilson.
“Kyle was looking like an angel, and I know a little something about Kyle right now,” Kent then teased. “And all I’m going to say something without saying too much. I hear he is [expletive] killer in bed. I hear he [expletive] knows what he’s doing, all right? And he ain’t my type, but I may take it for a spin if you let me.”
After Burningham asked, “40-year-old Kyle?” Kent laughed and admitted she shouldn’t have said anything in front of her brother.
Fans Had Quite a Reaction to Lala Kent’s Comments
BravoKent’s comment about Cooke was especially surprising given that she has stated in the past that she would not date a fellow Bravolebrity.
On social media, fans reacted to Kent’s unexpected remarks about Cooke, who was with Batula for over 10 years. One fan joked on Instagram that the “’sleep your way into clout’ position in this cast has already been filled by West.”
Another fan cracked, “I’m saying this without saying too much then proceeds to say too much.”
Others took issue with Cooke being described as a 40-year-old, as if that were negative. Several fans said the Loverboy founder looks better than ever.
“Why does he say 40-year-old Kyle like he’s geriatric?” one fan wanted to know. “40 (43) is sexy… and party boy or not, have you seen how well he looks like he takes care of himself? There must be some balance bc Kyle is a Paul Rudd level ageless vampire.”
Kyle Cooke Addressed Other Bravo Dating Rumors
BravoCooke has been navigating the single life following his separation from his wife of four years last fall.
During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” in March, he shut down rumors that he had a romance with “Next Gen: NYC” star Ava Dash after they were spotted at a dinner together. “No, that was a very friendly dinner,” Cooke said. “We were at a family dinner doing a family blessing, holding hands, so I was holding her [hand]. So it was just a random drinking day in New York.”
He also addressed a sighting with “Southern Charm” star Salley Carson. “We were out with multiple friends, at a dive bar,” Cooke explained. “That was not a date situation, just having fun. But she’s a great girl.”
After he was spotted with former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Meghan King in April, Cooke posted a video to TikTok to say hoopla about the encounter was “blown out of proportion.”
“She’s an amazing lady, like I just met her that night,” Cooke shared. “She was like, ‘Oh, I was on ‘Housewives’ 10 years ago.’ I was like, ‘How old are you?’ She was like, ‘I’m 41.’ I’m like, ‘You were on ‘Housewives’ as a 31-year-old?”
“We hung out the whole night,” he added. “It was almost like we were trauma bonding.”
Cooke also added that he had not seen King since. “I’m still single,” he clarified. “Just having fun.”
