‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Lands Major Deal in Exciting Career Move

“Vanderpump Rules” was totally retooled for season 12 following “Scandoval,” the affair between Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss that ultimately fractured the cast. With little path forward after the conclusion of season 11, producers decided the best way to continue the Bravo series was to return to its roots, introducing a group of young people working at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant in West Hollywood and following their lives both inside and outside the workplace.

The new season introduced fans to a group of fresh young faces, who, much like the original cast, had dreams and ambitions beyond their jobs in hospitality. That certainly rang true for one of the show’s standout newcomers, Natalie Maguire, who had been working as a SUR bartender for two years while pursuing her passions for singing and music.

Now, Maguire is revealing how her career has reached new heights since season 12 wrapped.

Natalie Maguire Signs Record Deal with Indie Label

Fans were first introduced to Natalie Maguire, a SUR bartender in the revamped “Vanderpump Rules” season 12. But when she isn’t making pumptinis or getting caught up in drama with her co-workers and ex-boyfriend, Maguire is busy chasing her dreams as a pop artist.

On August 27, Maguire announced on Instagram that she signed with indie record label Vitalize Records, which marks a significant career move for her outside of reality TV. “surprise ep on the way 🔥,” she captioned her post which also featured an article by the Daily Mail and OK! Magazine detailing her music news.

According to Just Jared, Maguire will soon be releasing her debut EP, which will include four songs. And, the people working behind her music are just as talented.

The outlet reported that Maguire teamed up with Tay James, who worked as Justin Bieber’s DJ, to oversee and shape Maguire’s new music. It will be co-written and produced by HARV, who has previously produced music for Bieber, Skrillex, Normani, and Post Malone.

In a statement detailing the release of her exciting debut EP, Maguire shared, “This EP is such a special moment for me because it feels like the first real introduction to who I am as an artist and the kind of music I want to make. Working with Tay and HARV throughout the project was incredible—they understood the vision from the beginning and pushed me creatively in ways that made these songs feel even more personal and honest.”

She continued, ” I wanted this project to feel intentional from start to finish, and choosing Vitalize Records was a huge part of that… This EP represents a new chapter, and I’m so excited for people to finally hear it.

Maguire Showcased Her Music on ‘Vanderpump Rules’

Maguire showcased her passions for music when fans first met her on “Vanderpump Rules” season 12, where she made it clear she was confident in her abilities and believed she had what it takes to pursue a career in entertainment. In a clip from the show, she’s seen recording a song in her apartment before sharing in a confessional:

“A lot of people move to L.A. to be actors, singers, models, etc. A lot of people are actually really bad at those things, but I can really sing and act,” she said.

Viewers also watched her in the recording studio, where she worked on her debut single, “Passenger,” which was also later featured on the show. While detailing the inspiration behind the song, Maguire shared, “I wrote it after I went on a date with someone for the first time after my breakup. I met this guy on Hinge and I had sex for the first time in six months, it was amazing. So I wrote a song about it.”

In July, Maguire released her second single, “Kiss Me While I Cry.”

According to RealityTea, “Vanderpump Rules” was given the green light for season 13 after strong viewership numbers on Peacock, although it’s unclear when it will air as Lisa Vanderpump has been busy with other projects, including a limited series that centers around her brand new hotel in Las Vegas. The season 12 cast, including Maguire, is expected to return.
