One of the final loose ends from “Scandoval” may finally be tied up.
“Vanderpump Rules” stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix have reportedly sold their shared Los Angeles home — and it never even hit the market.
The Valley Village property is currently in escrow after being purchased off-market, meaning a buyer stepped in before the home was publicly listed.
The home had become one of the last unresolved ties between the former couple after their split — making the off-market sale more than just a real estate move.
A Long-Running Post-Breakup Battle
The house has been central to the fallout from the pair’s highly publicized breakup in early 2023, which played out both on and off-screen.
After the split, Madix pushed for the home to be sold and filed legal action in 2024 to force movement on the property. The two were later reported to have reached a settlement earlier this year, though the exact terms were not publicly disclosed.
With the home now reportedly under contract, it marks a significant step toward fully separating their financial ties.
Sold Before It Even Hit the Market
What makes the deal especially notable is how quickly it came together.
According to real estate agent Ashley Fultz of DMF Realty, the home was being prepared to list when a buyer stepped in and purchased it outright at full price — avoiding a potential bidding war altogether.
“All contingencies were removed and we’ll be closing this bittersweet chapter in a few weeks,” she shared.
The off-market sale suggests strong demand for the property — and potentially a desire from both parties to resolve things quickly and privately.
A Home Tied to ‘Scandoval’ History
Sandoval and Madix purchased the home together in 2019 for roughly $2 million. In the years since, the property became closely tied to their relationship — and later, to the fallout that followed.
At one point, Sandoval reportedly offered Madix $3.1 million to buy out her share of the home, though she declined.
The house ultimately became more than just real estate — it was one of the last remaining connections between the two as their personal and professional lives moved in very different directions.
The Final Chapter
With the sale now underway, one of the most talked-about elements of “Scandoval” appears to be coming to a quiet close.
While both Sandoval and Madix have moved forward in their respective careers — and personal lives — the home remained a symbolic and financial tie between them.
Now, that chapter appears to be officially ending.
