Alix Earle Squashes Rumors That She & Val Chmerkovskiy Don’t Like Each Other

Influencer Alix Earle is putting to rest rumors that she her partner on “Dancing With the Stars,” Val Chmerkovskiy, don’t like each other. Earle posted a TikTok on September 26 that showed her doing her makeup in her car while explaining her relationship with her pro partner.

“I went on a spiral of reading so many things of you guys being like, ‘I feel like Alix and Val hate each other,'” she said. “It’s so funny because I feel like we are becoming besties. I feel like we both just have sarcastic personalities and I’m like, maybe we need to chill that out because it does I guess look like we hate each other.”

Alix Earle & Val Chmerkovskiy Laughed Through Tough Rehearsals

Earle also took to Instagram to share some behind the scenes footage of her and Chmerkovskiy repeatedly tumbling to the ground while trying to execute a dance move during rehearsal. “How were rehearsals today?” the text over the video reads, as the dance pair fall to the floor in slow motion set to the tune of “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” by Starship.

At one point Earle is shown lying on the dance floor, tired but smiling, and Chmerkovskiy appears to be making sure she’s okay.

In another reel, posted on September 27, the couple hilariously lip sync a scene from the movie “Kingpin” while trying out another particularly difficult move which involves Earle hanging upside down. “Gotta trust the Pros and the process 😂,” Earle captioned it.

Earle Was Candid About a Recent ‘Crash Out’

Although it seems all is well between Earle and Chmerkovskiy, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model opened up in her September 26 TikTok about feeling super emotional lately.

“Is something in the air right now because I cried myself to sleep last night and I woke up and was crying again today,” she revealed. Earle also shared that the past week had been difficult for her, explaining, “My mental health just had a bit of a crash out this week but I also think I’m feeling a lot of emotions about a lot of things.”

Further proof of she and Chmerkovskiy’s friendship was the fact that she confided in him about her feelings and he was there for her. “Val’s been the best. I was just telling him about my crash out and he got me these evil eye bracelets,” Earle said, adding that the jewelry was meant to ward off negative energy.
