“Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 is headed into Week 8, and fans are excited to experience the hype of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night. This is going to be an exciting night, featuring dances to iconic songs. This includes an opening number to “Pour Some Sugar On Me” by Def Leppard and “Fight The Power” by Public Enemy. Flavor Flav Joins ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Week 8
In Week 7, former “Dancing with the Stars” professional dancer and Mirrorball champ Cheryl Burke was the judge. Fans loved seeing her back in the ballroom after her 2022 exit, but there has also been criticism that her judging was too strict. For Week 8, we are not getting a professional dancer, but we are getting Flavor Flav!
The rapper and musician is the founding member of Public Enemy alongside Chuck D. This group is responsible for some of the hottest tracks in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Fans will likely remember Flavor Flav’s tunes “Shake Your Booty” and “Shake The Room.”
Fans React To Flavor Flav as Guest Judge
Flav, who will be joined by judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli, has not publicly commented on his DWTS inclusion. Still, fans are excited!
The “Dancing with the Stars” Reddit forum has already been flooded with reactions about how he will be a fantastic judge because he’s so nice! “Flava Flav loves everything and everybody- he is only going to be handing out 10’s!” a fan shared. “Okay I actually love this because he’s such a positive person!” another person wrote.
Other reactions include, “Genuinely so excited for him to guest judge!! Such good energy,” “Andy’s first 10 incoming…” and “I’ve really liked how he’s supported women sports.”
Fans have also noted that Flav has been a supporter of women. “He’s king of the swifties!
